YEEESSSSSS! She's open again! Honestly the best Kal bi in Haleiwa for me! Came a few months back and this place was closed and I was so very sad, but went back this week during my son's fall break and got to create family memories here! So glad this place is open again. Ohma if you are reading this gamsahabnida! My only request is a small portion of kim chee (pleeeeeaase 🙏), I'd happily pay extra!

The food truck is at the back, and what they lack in marketing pizazz is made up for their quality food. The owners are a Korean couple, and they are really nice. They seemed to have gone through a lot during the pandemic, but they are still plugging it along. Their food is just right, and they give good portions. I strongly recommend you give it a try, and don't let the lack of a long line...

So good!!! Authentic Korean food on the NS! Two Korean ladies servin up yummy, home cooked meals. I ordered the spicy pork bugogi and it’s a huge portion, enough for 2 comfortable meals. The side of kimchee was made by one of the ladies and it’s fresh and good, not the super fermented kind.
