Brewskeez Smokehouse & Music — Restaurant in O’Fallon

Went there recently with a group of my friends to try these “award winning wings”. I went there years ago to try them and they were some of the worst wings I’ve ever had. I wrote a review on Facebook and the owner removed it because he said he didn’t want the bad publicity on his page.

Anyway, we went there to give it another try. They were better than my first experience but still subpar at best. The quality of the chicken itself was a 1/10 and the crispness of the batter was 8.5/10. I can tell they were hand battered so that was good, at least. The problem is their chicken, itself. It’s like a monstrosity. Weird and abnormal meat. Far too big and flavorless. The sauce was okay but it’s mustard based which just isn’t my cup of tea. Wing Ding just isn’t what it used to be. Grace Meat + Three, Kimchi Guys, O! Wing Plus, Poor Richards, and even Wingstop ALL have far superior wings.

After this experience my friends and I will never be back. This place is a novelty. We also got charged a cover at 6pm for a band that was performing at 8pm. We left before they were even on stage. $8 for nothing. That was kind of wack but it doesn’t factor at all into my 2...

Edit: Been going here a few times now for Football on Sunday and the Female server/bartender they have on Sundays is seriously the best! She is funny, she is quick and she makes sure we are all taken care of. Great job! She changed this from a 3 to 5 star review. Plus sunday specials are pretty amazing too! bucket of beer and pizza or wings for 20 bucks?!?!?! Heck ya!

Been to this place a few times now to see a few different bands that I'm friends with. First off, the food is awesome. The chicken wings are huge and hands down some of the best around. Burgers are the same way, juicy and perfect! No problem with the food at all. The problem I have with Brewskees are its servers. I will repeat what others have said, you will wait.
