I was craving cheese, and this was the place to go! I got the Wisconsin burger with cheddar bun and upgraded the side to cheese curds. I was in a blissful cheese coma for days. Because that wasn't enough artery clogging goodness, I also tried their concrete. I went with chocolate and added brownies and upgraded to pecans. I was impressed by the size of brownie chunks and amount of add in with the concrete. It was very good. The meal was delicious and served fast.

I wish I could give 5 stars because I was impressed by the food. I wasn't as impressed by the person taking the order. They asked if I wanted single, double or triple. I didn't know what to expect so I asked what size the patties are if they knew how many ounces even. They didn't. I asked if there were any other restaurants to compare the size of the patty to so I could have any idea, again, no ideas. I went with the single, and I'm glad I did, but it would've been helpful for them to have some clue how to describe their food. When I ordered the concrete, I asked to add nuts as an up charge add-in. I really didn't care what kind. I said, surprise me. Nope. That was a challenge, so the first nut they listed, I got that one. Not a big deal, and they were nice otherwise. I just wish they were more knowledgeable about their products. I also didn't understand pulling forward when there wasn't anyone behind me. They stuck a sticker on the mirror and had someone have to come out in 100 degree heat to deliver my food. That seemed odd. I liked that they gave me the concrete so fast before I pulled forward. Excellent Food Excellent Service It was 9 pm and I know the people were tired, my food was hot and fresh. The service was what you expected at Culver's. The little lady that was cleaning the tables and chairs was a little busy bee. I was really impressed with her work ethic. She also brought me my food. The chili did not have the onions, cheese, or sour cream. She rectified my issue promptly. Although the restaurant was out of sour cream she apologized for that as well. She needs to be offered a manager position. She would be a good one. The only thing is she might be too nice. People like to take advantage of that quality. She would learn though. I know she is an excellent worker. Will be back I do recommend. 9 pm and my food was still good. Wow. Expecting mediocre but was good. I am impressed. The only thing is leave my unsweet tea alone til I am finished or at least make an announcement that we are taking up the tea would anyone care for a refill. Over all definitely a 5 star...
