Nancy's Pizza quickly became one of our favorite pizza delivery/carry out spots in O'Fallon. Being St. Louis traditionalists, Imo's is our go-to. We tried Nancy's on a whim and were so pleasantly surprised. We've ordered from them so much that most of the drivers know me by now. And if you like Chicago-style stuffed deep dish pizza, forget "A Better Pizza." More like "An overpriced joke that will take forever to get to you." The many ingredients are top notch, the food is prepared perfectly, and delivered with gusto! I was carrying out once and saw my regular delivery guy running from the store to his truck with a pizza balanced in the delivery bag. That's their commitment to speedy delivery!
Their thin crust pizza is exceptional. Their crust is flaky, crunchy and decadent all in one. It's almost like a savory pie crust or something. It's about twice the thickness of Imo's crust, probably because they use yeast. The cheese is mozzarella so provel purists beware. The mozzarella is a nice change of pace for this Cards fan but fair warning the cheese can get stretchy and hard to tear each square piece towards the middle of the pizza without taking all the toppings but man is that cheese sooooooooo good. The stuffed deep dish is amazing. The small will feed two. The medium will feed 4. The large feeds a small army. If you crave Chicago style, get this pizza! The pan pizza is like the stuffed deep dish but a little less hefty. It's a good compromise between stuffed and thin. But it will fill you up like the stuffed!
The salads at Nancy's are the best delivery salads I think I've ever ordered. The ingredients are fresh and generously applied. I personally recommend the Greek but the Garbage salad looked awesome too. I've ordered the chicken wings, bone in and boneless. Their wing sauce is a typical classic hot sauce. Perfect compliment to any pizza and salad.

Read moreFood is really good but if you’re at all concerned about contact-less delivery during this time, don’t order from here. We haven’t ordered out since this all started because I’ve had concerns but my husband talked me into it last night so I agreed. We paid over the phone with a card. Our doorbell camera alerted me that he as here and I looked, fully expecting him to drop it and leave. Our neighbors have ordered from different places several times and I’ve watched the people drop the food, ring the doorbell and wave. I’ve been impressed so figured this would be no different when finally agreeing to order out. He was just standing there on our porch waiting for me. No mask, nothing. I opened the door and he was less than two feet from me, handed me a clip board and pen to sign, and handed me the food. It was literally as if none of this has been happening. I was shocked to be honest. I immediately went and washed my hands. I hope that they’re taking precautions inside the store as the delivery driver definitely wasn’t. My comfort level is now back to zero so we won’t be ordering out again until this is over. Just about every commercial and advertisement for food has advertised contact-less delivery, etc so I’m not sure why Nancy’s didn’t get that memo. TERRIBLE customer service on 2/1/25. Ordered $60 worth of food for pickup. Waited the usual time, arrived at Nancy’s and a very disoriented and easily confused male checking me out at the register gave me the wrong ticket. I told him and then he went back to check on the order. He comes back and said he ‘messed up and gave our order to someone else’. He offered nothing as consolation except for me to wait ANOTHER 45 min for the new pizza to bake, which was an absolute no. Then he said ‘well void the charge’ (because I had already paid online). At this point I can’t trust this guys as far as I can throw him and had to request a copy of the voided receipt, which he didn’t offer to give either.
Nancy’s do better. Train your people. Avoid this mess. It’s not rocket science. I will NOT be back.
Update: I am revising this review to a 4 star because the Manager reached out practically immediately to address the issue and did so. She akid issued a credit. We will definitely give Nancy’s another shot. I do these sometimes because i know there are busy times and we’ve all been there. If I were a Manager or Owner I would want to know as well.
