This place really does stand out in every way. The woman I usually see behind the counter is SO kind. She seems genuinely happy to be there, or at least conveys this to guests lol. She’s always willing to help customers out as well. While waiting for my to-go order to be prepared (which was made impressively quickly), she takes orders so sweetly and even tends to those who are in the dining area, never making them feel bad for asking for anything. When I received my order, I was first asked “How are you today?” as the runner seemed to actually wait for a real reply, THEN handed the bag in such a polite manner. This just stood out to me, because it wasn’t even the polite obligatory “How are you” greeting—they seemed to truly mean it. I got home and found a HUGE wrap and an even bigger bowl. I was stunned at how stuffed the things were! Not only were they made to be massive lol, but I asked for all kind of probably annoying modifications, yet every single one was met. Of course, it was extremely satisfying. I’ve come here many times, and have never had a poor or even average experience. It’s always been great. Read moreI have been coming here for years, & I have given this store a lot of business. All of the staff here is phenomenal except for one (who I believe is a manager) who we have had issues with a few times whenever we get our order messed up.
We usually order a lot of food, so we always pull over in the parking lot to make sure the order is correct. It usually is.
This same situation has happened once with the same manager. She is a shorter lady with dark hair. We ordered two tex mex egg rolls, but received two lobster rangoons. My boyfriend went inside the store to ask for the correct order, & the cashier admitted he rang in our order wrong. The cashier told the manager what order we needed, after finishing the egg rolls she came to the front register. My boyfriend told her he ordered two (not one which is what she gave him), & she gave him a dirty look & went to the kitchen. When she came back out, she made us pay for the egg rolls, even though we already paid for the lobster ragoons that we didn’t order (& didn’t want either).
I will continue to support this business, however I am usually displeased with the way this manager...
Read moreThe woman picture completely adorable ignored me when I came to the counter and there were no other customers at the counter. When I tried to get her attention she turned away from me each and every time.. she even walked past me into the lobby and I asked her then could I get some help and again not a single word from her I was completely ignored she walked back behind the counter avoided eye contact and turned her back every time I tried to get her attention. After 10 minutes of feeling invisible, disrespected and very awkward, the young man that was working the drive-thru came over and assisted me. The woman could have easily said one moment please or I'm working on something else, which she was not, or anything other than completely ignoring me. This kind of absence of service and laziness is what costs a business customers it's no wonder the store was virtually empty. I will...
