Tried to order the special on sign reader board and 6 all American burgers. Manager kept reading off wrong item. Special was 2 for $3 Rallyburgers. He kept saying doubles. First time he read it back I said yes but then corrected it to the single rallyburgers. He repeated doubles again and I said NO... just Rallyburgers. I even backed up and reread the sign, pulled back up and said 2 for $3 Rallyburgers. What's on the sign out front. He accused me of screaming at him and said 'I don't have to put up with this abuse'. At no time did I cuss or threaten him. I wasn't screaming but talking louder at box the second time thinking he just couldn't understand me. I was then told I wouldn't be served. I rolled up to window waiting behind other car and could over hear him telling story to that car. When I asked through closed window for manager another employee pointed to him in reference that he was. At that time I flipped him off and asked for a name. I was wrong in doing that as I think the employee thought I directed it toward her. I was starting to get frustrated and looking for your 800 number. He then proceeded to call cops. I waited. Ofallon Officer Levinsky (411) arrived. Told no report would probably be filed. We chatted and he asked me to leave. I again asked for manager name. Nope on giving it to me. I left.. I have normally had excellent service and food from there. Even in this mess with closures and web services being down. I've known many of the employees and frequent your store ALOT. Or should I sadly say I used to? I like your product but NEVER have I been treated so RUDELY and DISCOURTESLY at the home town RALLY's.
It just seemed this gentleman was fast to accuse me of being rude and wrong and didn't understand how to correct a mistake. I will wait for your response. I recall that he did the same thing a couple days ago when I had asked for the singles. He read it off and I didn't catch it till he said price that was about $5 more. I didn't think much of it and let it go. Now I'm wondering how many other customers is he doin it to? Is he trying to increase store money per day or bonuses involved? And darn it I didn't get his pic... shucks??

their seasoned fries are the best.
it has been about a year and half (or maybe longer) since i went here. but i can remember that the crew was very friendly and speedy with my order.
i remember that i asked what the person inside recommended. i cant remember who i talked to through the drive-thru speaker. but the employee was very nice and helped me out with what they thought i would like.
i dont remember what the complete order was. but i did get their seasoned fries. 🍟
if you want the best seasoned fries in the area (and the most curtious and friendly service), i recommend going to this location. these employees are hard working and they take their job seriously when it comes to customer satisfaction.

Ordered food online, using the Rally's website, to have delivered by Door Dash at 11:00 PM on Saturday night. Food was never delivered. We waited until 2:00 AM, when the 5th door dash driver who attempted to pick up our order texted us to let us know that the restaurant was closed. We never received food, but we were charged $45.95, and were charged over $9 for using the website and food delivery.
We contacted the the restaurant, who told us to contact Door Dash. We didn't place the order through Door Dash, so there was nothing they could do. Finally they told us to contact the corporate office. 3 days later, and have still not been refunded for the order we never got, that was placed several hours before they closed.
Addendum: I have contacted them via the website, and gave them all the details, including the order number, time and date. I guess we'll see if they really do want to...
