Restaurant name desribes their quality.

The seasonal staff isn’t very skilled, knowledgeable, or efficient. While they try their best and get the job done, their lack of experience shows – maybe they’ll improve as the season goes on.

The atmosphere wasn’t pleasant. The space feels cramped and noisy, with little room to move or breathe comfortably, despite the nice view of the harbor. Tables are placed too close to one another, often leading to awkward situations, which makes it feel more like a fast-food canteen than a proper restaurant.

The food is okay at best – nothing more. I ordered a Cobb salad with shrimp. It looked appealing at first glance, but the quality was disappointing. The shrimp weren’t fresh – they were bland, cold, dry, and not very juicy. There weren’t many of them either, especially considering the price. The salad was mostly lettuce, with only a small amount of protein and other substantial ingredients. Honestly, I’ve had better store-bought salads from Stop & Shop. I ended up making myself dinner at home afterward because I was still hungry.

I left feeling sad and disappointed, wondering why I paid so much for so little. The prices are just as high as other restaurants in the area, but what you get in return is far less – in quantity, quality, and service.

I don’t recommend it. It might be okay for a casual evening drink, and they do offer a wide variety of fast-food-style meals, but...

The location is fresh costal, laid back, breezy with this establishment as a perfect compliment. The food was great & service was good. However, our server went MIA for a bit, she returned with her tablet for us to check out & the screen was on the signature page. I signed and recalled to myself the 4 items ordered & costs summed up a total even though I was not shown that total + tax on her tablet. I signed with my finger, opted for a electronic emailed receipt & we continued our exploring Martha's Vineyard. Surprisingly, the email didn't populate until the ferry hit the mainland approx 6:30pm. On our drive back to Boston I opened the Fishbone email and approx. $94 was the total we were charged. I calculated that the waitress tipped herself 29%! I looked on the email for a phone number-NONE. Not...

The usual menu items, but some surprises in the delivery. Draft beers were good as well. The clam chowder was tasty and on par with the other restaurants I have visited around the Cape. The lobster roll was good and had chunkier lobster than some of the places we have had lately. The surprise was the calamari, it was a generous portion and had chunky cuts of squid and also fried banana peppers mixed in. Excellent appetizer, I would recommend.
