I come here often and I really like the lobby and the morning crew who has a warm greeting . Starbuck’s mission statement is all about connection .The new CEO really is working to rekindle that spark and tbh I don’t feel welcomed at this location by most staff (mainly the afternoon staff). Many times they make my coffee and leave it sitting at the front desk without even calling my name for my order. When I asked them do they call the names they say they don’t know or one guy said he never printed a sticker for me. Granted I have had 2 employees who have been kind and had hospitality and in those cases it makes me want to tip and my visit more enjoyable . My recommendation is to just develop a more welcoming space with a hello and goodbye to ALL customers, call their names when the order is up, say your welcome when people say thank you, make eye contact with customers & have a warm greeting when you take orders (keep the mission forefront). Once I asked them to remake it they were making faces and remade after that whenever I go there they are either talking abt me behind my back or making faces and all and still I litterally was looking at them while they were making it. Very unprofessional and rude customer service. I would never go back again. I couldn’t find an online platform to contact the owner. Morning crew is very nice tho. Read moreThis is directed towards the barista at the register and the experience with her. The drink itself was good. I ordered two drinks and informed the barista i wanted to reload my card with $10 and then pay with my Starbucks card. She said okay. She told me to scan my card and I did , she said the machine was acting up and to please scan again. So I had to do this 7 more times before it scanned correctly. I then handed her a $20 and she punched it in her register. She then told me " oh, it took it all". I told her "I'm sorry?" , she then said "it put the whole $20 on there", i told her " but i only wanted $10", she said "well the whole $20 is what went on there". She just kept staring at me and did not say anything else. No apology, not trying to find a solution, nothing. I am a truck driver and was just passing through and could not believe how unprofessional she was. At least attempt to find a solution or get a manager but no effort was made.
