Starbucks — Restaurant in Oak Grove Village

Have been coming here for years (on weekends- on Weekdays I go to the kirkwood location) and about half the time, the drink is made incorrectly and I have to go back in and get it corrected. I don’t think they have real espresso either- they use syrup instead and it tastes completely different from the other Starbucks that use real espresso. It’s an ok alternative but not the same. I still go here to try to give them a chance to see if they improve the quality but they haven’t done it yet unfortunately :-(

I'm really happy that they're open early. I was awake at 5:00 am and dragged myself through their front door at 5:15, not interested in driving in the early morning darkness. Full crew of baristas got my order from the app and took a while to prepare my coffee. I guess they didn't have the drip coffee ready that early?

Store was tidy and stocked but the first table I chose needed wiping down and the floor nearby was sticky. Second table was better.

Sullivan Starbucks is a very homey, little place with very altruistic employees. I went through the drive-thru, and the lady at the window smiled and a kind voice for both me and the person she was talking to through the headset. I got a tall vanilla bean Frappuccino without whip cream, substituted with oat milk, and they got my order right and to me VERY swiftly. If you need a place to stop, they have EXPANSIVE parking. Fiscally, it was only five dollars, which for how delectable it is, is a deal you cannot miss. Would I recommend this place to...
