China King Sullivan — Restaurant in Sullivan

I use to really enjoy this restaurant but unfortunately it has gone way downhill, and this last visit will be my last one.

I called in and ordered a combo meal in separate containers, and crab rangoon, also an order of fried wontons. Went and picked up the food and upon pulling it out of the bag, I realized they had given me the wrong kind of chicken, in a very small child sized container, and also gave me an egg roll instead of a crab rangoon.

No harm no foul, everyone makes mistakes. I give them a call and tell them what I received and the were INSTANTLY rude and combative, and completely denied that they could have possibly made a mistake. When I politely offered to take pictures of the food they gave me and email or text them to them, they refused again, then hung up on me. I didn't want to go back out tonight but at this point I'm confused and annoyed so I called them back and asked them if they would just replace the food or refund my money if I bring the bag and receipt back, and the woman on the phone began claiming I was cursing and harassing them.

The entire situation was very confusing, off-putting, and one of the absolute worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE, people who treat others this way don't deserve our...

Ugh this place....First of all, they have greatly raised their prices. Second, the service staff there is absolutely terrible. You either feel super rushed or you are neglected until you have to demand attention. Tonight really was the greatest disappointment though. We arrived at 8:00pm and checked the sign on the door to make sure they were still open. The sign said that they were open until 9:30pm so we went in. They said that we could have a seat, but the whole area had already been cleaned and the chairs were on top of the table. We sat down and immediately were asked to order. We did, but they were trying to get us out as quickly as possible. They told other customers that were coming in that they closed at 8:30PM. In my city they don’t really have Chinese food takeout that also doubles as a sit down restaurant so as a truck driver it was nice to park and sit somewhere to eat for a change. The waitress was very nice and attentive. The young girl at the cash register was very polite and professional too. Delicious food. Came out hot and fresh with big portions. Very very affordable. $10 for a combo meal (meat of your choosing, fried or white rice, plus an egg roll or two crab rangoons). So yummy.
