KFC — Restaurant in Sullivan

In all fairness - if Google would let me do half-stars, I would rate the Sullivan, Mo Kentucky Fried Chicken as high as 3 1/2 stars, but really not much more. We've eaten there three or four times over the last six weeks or so and the food was always hot and fresh. During one visit the employee asked if we would mind waiting a few minutes until the chicken was out of the fryer, because the chicken they had out now was about an hour old. Nice job for that one. On the other hand the employee today forgot our Cole Slaw and the Potato Wedges and I had to go back to the counter for honey spread and those little hand wipes that should be available on the counter.

During any of our visits the containers that should hold Condiments have always been empty or almost empty. The containers are tiny, so it is hard for employees to keep them filled. And the containers for Salt, pepper and Sugar are next to the Soda machine, but the containers for Ketchup, honey spread and Forks are ten steps away on a counter that does not seem to serve any kind of purpose.

Overall none of our Visits could be rated outstanding, but none of them were terrible either. I will have to take a star away for cleanliness. The (ladies) bathrooms are very clean, but the counters, tables and floors in the restaurant part could use a could...

Counter person was very rude. I decided to eat in but had to eat my 3 piece dinner out of a box. And believe me that was not easy. Maybe you should offer some sort of paper plate at least. I've lived here all my life and eat here often. But it seems over the years the quality of people that have manners has gone way down hill. And as I sit down to eat the young kid that just serve me commence to telling the next customer how many people he's beaten up. That's not the sort of thing most people want to hear. I could tell he didn't know the man. The whole thing was just really bazaar. I think you guys really need to teach your workers...

Food was just ok, however, haven given my name for my order 3 times to the person at the front, he still ended up spelling my name wrong and for that matter put a name that wasn’t even my name! I asked for a breast a wing and a thigh and ended up getting 2 breasts and a wing. My second order for my friend was supposed to have 3 chicken strips and ended up getting 4 and almost made her sick to her stomach. The service was horrible.
