Okay so where should I begin.
It took no time at all for the lady to take my order, and I was pleased with the service at first.
Literally every table was dirty though, but I figured "I've seen worse accommodation." And got over it.
Then the wait. The twenty-five minute wait.
At that point I was getting frustrated, so I went up to the counter and started waiting, I didn't wait in line, I just stand a few steps away from the counter, reminding them I was there.
Then about ten more minutes pass.
I finally asked if my food was almost ready (it was only me and two people people so I assumed I wouldn't overwhelm them.) And they asked what I had ordered, which made me ask, 'have you even started?' To which they replied, were working on it. And that was the end of it. Ten minutes later I get my food. Which was much, much less than up to par. And instead of an apology, I got "apology nachos." I didn't want nachos. If I wanted nachos I would have ordered them. I would have prefered an apology.
And as I inspect my food, I see that I have Nasty green lettuce. One too many nachos (in lieu of an apology) And chicken wraped in a tortilla as a substitute to the ordered, chicken tacos.
Overall I love taco bell, but this service was absolutely awful. If you want Mexican, I don't recommend...

We were told we couldnt cancel half the order bc we paid online so we has to substitute. We didnt get our drink and when my boyfriend went inside to get it, he was told they couldnt help him bc he couldn't remember the name of it. Even though we were the only people there. We didnt get a reciept but thankfully i paid online. I was so mad i didnt go back in. When we got home to try to eat, our entire order was wrong. Everything we ordered without, had onions. Even the ones that had no onions written on the package. Not sure what was wrong with the rest bust it had a weird taste. It was so bad we couldn't eat it. Id like my money back but doesnt look like they care to even correct the mistakes. I'll never eat at this location again. Rude service...
Read more(Edited from five stars to two stars)I tried to purchased food online with two of my TacoBelle Gift Cards. For some reason unknown the order would not go through using the website. I called the local store to see if I could get an answer to why the order would not process, and the gentleman that answered who said he was the manager, stated that he didn't have a clue that I needed to call taco bell corporate. I had done that prior to the call and that number was closed at that time I informed him. He said, Sorry and we ended the call. I found out that their gift cards only work on the App and not the site. I called back to give them a compliment and let them know what happened the manager hung up on me mid-sentence. The rudeness of this store i see is legendary by reading the reviews. We will not be going back. It is a shame because This was a 5-star from me...
