I stopped in at All Sports on my home from work just to check out what was going on.
The time was around 5pm on a Monday night and there were about 6 customers inside when I walked in.
There are 3 or 4 pool tables, a couple electronic dart boards and the new style, digital jukebox on the wall.
I walked up to the bar and placed my drink order and snagged a menu. After studying the menu for a bit, I decided on the Super Nachos.
After a few minutes, I get my nachos and they were epic! Both in amount and in flavor.
The Super Nachos consists of: Tortilla chips Black olives Onions Tomatoes Jalapeño Ground Beef (or chicken) Nacho cheese Sour cream Salsa
The toppings are placed on top of chips (as opposed to layered in between the chips), however the Nacho cheese is on top of, and inside, the mound of chips. I really do not like it when everything is just dumped on top of the chips and there is a pile of dry chips under the layer of toppings. I am very happy that is NOT the case with these chips.
The bartender was friendly and would banter with the customers (I’m guessing they were regulars because she would address them by name and ask specific questions about their day and life).
My experience was enjoyable. But I like quiet and relaxing places to drink. Monday night at 5 pm is fairly quiet at All Sports...
Read moreI would not recommend this place at all!!! Service is mediocre and managers are extremely disrespectful! As a survivor of domestic violence I have court orders that protect my entire family from my ex. As a result and safety precautions I do not drink alcohol while out I do however spend money on sodas, virgin drinks, food, pool, and music as I love to dance and be social with friends. I was kicked out by a bar tender named Luciana who stated I make the business lose money because my court orders state that my ex must not come within 500 ft of myself and can not be at the bar if I am there. I explained the situation and she became more disrespectful and clearly exhibiting her Prejudices. I asked for the owner and was told the owner supports this decision and I was no longer welcome. Though every business has the right to refuse service to anyone It is appalling and disheartening that they are choosing to refuse my business solely on the grounds that I spend less money there then my ex husband.
I recommend spendIng your money at businesses who care about the community as a whole such as off the hook, arties/Queen Anne, or the oak harbor tavern. I am devastated, disappointed, ashamed and truly hope that other women and even men are not treated the...
Read moreI was staying at the Best Western down the street while I was in town for work and needed a place to unwind with a beer at the end of the day which lead me to discover this bar. Overall I thought the bar had a decent atmosphere and the bartenders/security were friendly. My only complaint is that on my last visit one of the bartenders begun to assume what i was giving them for a tip and took it out of my change. Please don't ever do this again. It doesn't matter what my change is it's me who should be deciding if and how much of a tip I'll leave. This only happened a couple of time but it was enough for me to mention. That aside they seemed to have a decently priced menu albeit not many selections. The gentleman who did the karaoke on the weekends apparently doesn't have a huge background in being an MC/DJ as I couldn't hear 75% of the people singing because the music drowned them out. Overall I would return to this location when...
