I'm a regular and come here at least 2x a week. Now I've been hit with covid and can't come in person. I called in because im using the app to order for the first time and it's not letting me apply my shore points. the guy I talked to kept talking over me assuming he knew why I was calling (he was wrong by the way) he was extremely rude, and dismissive. You could tell he just wanted me to get off the phone and had zero intention of helping me. Not only did he not answer my question, when I tried to make an order he said no! Again, I've called many times and had great people do that for me before, no problem. Especially since someone would come get it so I could use my points. I've never experienced anything but fantastic customer service in the past. They have always gone above and beyond, even customizing my orders over the phone and everything. I ordered a Giant Philly Cheese steak and another Giant sandwich with roast beef, tomato, lettuce and pepperoni--cant remember what it was called .
I ordered ahead using the mobile app and showed up at the time I was told it would be ready and it wasn't ready yet. Ultimately it took another 15-20 minutes, 40 minutes from the time I submitted my order. Not sure if this is staffing issue or more issue with their mobile ordering system unable to properly account for orders already in queue.
Wait time aside, the food was OK. The Philly seemed a bit salty and I wasn't really a fan of it, probably because of the cheese. The other sandwich was OK, the leftovers were much better as a midnight snack after sitting in the fridge for a day.

Read moreI went down to Jersey Mike's today around 1 pm after the lunch crowd was gone only to find a sign on the door saying due to hiring shortage they were doing online orders only. I went in anyway only. There was only one customer in the store picking up. 3 people working. 1 helping the customer, the other 2 doing nothing. I was greeted with a sorry sir but.. I turned around and left hearing him say wait a minute, wait a minute but it was too late. In my opinion if you're short staffed you still try to take care of all your customers. Just explain why it might take a little longer for their order. You not only lost a $20 sale from me today but you've also lost my business for an indefinite amount of time.
