So I order this medium pizza late at night while im in town seeing family. its bee almost a year since ive had a dominos and im enjoying my evening slaying at Elden Ring when I decide to order. I have 20$ cash but I pay card and tip, my order turns up really fast, REALLY fast but I dont care im hungry, the guys almost halfway down the street before I open the door but I signal him back cos its almost midnight, they did me a solid by being one of the few places open at that time.
feeling good about the food and the solid tip I gave on top of my electronic tip, I run down stairs , rest at a site of grace and throw open my pizza box. But there's no pizza inside this box, no, what looked back at me was Freddie Kruegers face!!! A medium, bubbly, burnt mess. I can maybe understand the stingy amount (lack) of toppings (burnt)...I get it, supply chain issue. the massive bubbles in the dough...ok hand tossed, cant nail it every time. BUT!!!! when you send out a clearly BURNT pizza to a customer who already tipped online (because there is no tip at door option), then scurry back to snatch the extra 20$ cash tip KNOWING that you gave me a trash pizza...
.....shame on you!!!
I couldnt even enyoy dipping my massive crusts into the garlic dip because they were too burnt. I barley enjoyed every last bite of that pizza, and I did eat every last slice, because I had tipped nearly 30$ on this 20$ pizzza...

Then try speaking with someone in Asia for 5 minutes. Everything that I try to order she had to research. She could not see the same prices and offers that I could see. We are not going to live on the phone or internet so you can save 25 cents outsourcing and destroying our country. You have destroyed the fabric of our country! And you are hurting our children by forsaking them for the sake of a computer, which is supposedly saving so much money instead of using people. And many of them now cannot even communicate properly or do simple math. But we all know that it's all about control. Time is money. So, every time we spend 10,20 or 30 minutes doing something ourselves when a well trained person could help 10 people in that time, you are costing us much more than is being saved. We then ordered from Carbones. Took me 30 seconds to place our order. If we are not worth you answering the phone, then keep your food. We will not buy from you again after 35+ years. Placed an order for delivery for my husband and daughter while I was at work. The food was delivered, and when I got home, my daughter went to eat her food and it was wrong.
I called the store and advised they had delivered cinnamon twists with marinara instead of the parmesan twists, can they please remake them and I will pick them up if they refund my delivery fee since I have to drive up there. Manager Isaac said no, we can't do that. So I said fine, please deliver the correct item. I was advised it would take 30-45 minutes because they were busy.
I now sit here 90 minutes later, no food, multiple calls, my daughter is super disappointed, and the manager Isaac could care less. Called me a liar when I said it had been 90 minutes and said he has it on caller ID that it has only been 30 minutes. I said yeah, since the last time I called... for the 3rd time...
