I woke up to find I was triple charged. My wife and I supper frustrated called the support line to fix things. Me being impatient went to this location to handle the problem. I was greated with a smile from a worker named Autumn. I shared and apologized for a angry attitude but shared further what frustrations I had. Another CO worker, Malery, decided to dig deep into the billing and figured out the problem in a timely manner. Very professional at what they are doing. I hope that if I ever have to go into another store with to talk with them. To me it seems they understand how to take care of a customer correctly. 10/10 work...
