I normally don't do bad reviews and this location is normally great with customerservice and preparing the menus, but for the past few weeks it has been horrible. Customer service has gone down. Normally staff would great you and repeat your orders back to you so you know they have it correct.
This afternoon my wife and I ordered two sandwiches and two soups. My wife orders a "skinny" Avocado turkey and a garden vegetable soup.
I ordered a original meatball sub and loaded potato soup.
I believe the cashier Is Ashley, so it says on our receipt. She stated do we want to add anything to the Avocado turkey. We stated we want, lettuce and tomatoes added to the sandwich with no cheese please.
After we received our order we stopped in the parking lot to eat our food, my wife started to eat her sandwich and realized she cant taste the Avocados or turkey. So we opened up her sandwich and saw they only put one small thin slice of turkey. No AVOCADO?? only lettuce tomatoes and cucumber, and a thin slice of turkey. How do you have a "Avocado Turkey sandwich" as a sandwich and have barely any/none of those items in the sandwich? This was not okay!
We wanted to go and get it corrected but when turned around to go back to the restaurant to talk with the staff. This location closed an hour early. We couldn't do anything. So I've decided to write this review.
I understand it is hard to keep staff and have staff for shifts, so the closing early is understandable. But the food quality and efforts in making the sandwiches was very poor.
I love potbelly, but this was not a good experience. It takes alot for me to write a poor review. I am a culinary arts specialist, I understand that these Things happen not that they ever should, but this has happened multiple times already and mainly in the afternoon.
I hope you can do better. Potbelly is a wonderful restaurant and to many people it is a great experience. The staff should be proud to work at a great and well known restaurant where people love your meals and deals.

Read moreThe lady taking orders was extremely rude and She Told me to “mask up” 3 times. I was confused, and was not aware she was talking to me considering my mask was on. As soon as I understood what on earth she was talking about. I agreed. It turns out it wasn’t far enough up the bridge of my nose for her. Yet it was covering my nose and nostrils.
I understand she may be nervous about covid. It was the tone in which she demanded I fix it, and she was straight up disrespectful shortly after explaining what just happened to her coworkers quite loudly right in front of me, as if she was some hero.

Read moretoday, i went to potbelly for the first time in a very long time for lunch. for it being 12:30, the speed and accuracy of my lunch was very fast and i was impressed, as i work in fast food as well. however, the woman who took my order sounded very upset and didn’t really aid me with the menu at all. she wasn’t necessarily rude, but as a service worker, i have never, and would never take an order in that tone. i understand she may have been having a bad day or she was annoyed through lunch rush and i completely get that, but it felt as if there was a disconnect between us. i’m not sure if management is reading this, but if they are, i’d say to try and stay on top of employee’s warmth towards customers. it would have been a 10/10 experience if she was a...
