Mallory is an absolute ROCK STAR. My phone was destroyed and I had to initiate an insurance claim. She outlined the replacement process. My family happened to have been 1,000 miles away on a vacation.
My cell phone is my only phone. As my name is not on the Verizon contract, I couldn't do much in terms of making things happen. I got into contact with my family via e mail on the East Coast to get my new phone coming. They ran into a snag as the insurance company demanded that I turned the "Find my Phone" feature off before they would proceed. My phone was absolutely lifeless and wouldn't even turn on. I brought it back To Mallory. She got into the system and turned the feature off. My new phone was delivered the next day. As a tech idiot, I couldn't get it activated. I brought it back to her. Not only did she cheerfully get me activated/my old phone deleted, she recommended the best protective phone case and even installed it while I waited.
I'm a HS football coach. We were in the middle of two a day practices. My family was vacationing on the Atlantic ocean. I had no means of verbal communication with team/family or friends. Mallory got me back up and running. She is incredibly patient, she is incredibly knowledgeable and she has an awesome sense of humor. Sometimes people who are really smart make you feel stupid. In her case, she was understanding and helped me with a smile on her face.

Read moreHorrible customer service. I placed an order online and chose in-store pick up so that I could get the phone same-day. I got the confirmation email and it stated another email would be sent when the phone is ready to be picked up. Meanwhile, my card was charged for the phone. After 3 hours go by and it’s getting to mid-afternoon, I call the store to check on the status and am told that there is another guy who stated he wanted the phone and they are giving him until 4PM to come get it, and only then will they give me the phone that I have already been charged for. If I want to cancel my order, he “thinks” the order will automatically cancel when the system shows that I didn’t pick the phone up (you have 3 days to pick up before they cancel) and then my money will be refunded in about 12-18 hours after that. I tell the guy that I have an hour drive to get there and he relays this to his manager who says “if it takes an hour to get here then she will be within 15 minutes of the 4pm cut off time so tell her to come”. I ask what happens if this other guy shows up while I am on my drive in and the manager says that the phone will be given to the other guy. They had absolutely no business charging me for a phone that they didn’t have available. I will be calling Verizon and telling them to refund my money, and I will be going out of my way to tell people about the horrible customer...
Read moreMy fiance and I wanted to get a family plan and merge our phone lines. We went in around 6 pm, the staff were busy with other customers, but that gave us the ability to look at the different phones and compare what we wanted to get.
Christopher H, became open and we said what we wanted, to get my fiance from her consumer cellular service onto my Verizon account. We were prepared to pay for our phone outright but he got us a deal for a free phone for her, and found that I was eligible for a free phone for myself as well.
Christopher was very knowledgeable and patient. Answered all our questions about the service plans, the phones themselves, general usage and maintenance, as well as navigating consumer cellular's less than helpful transfer process. We walked out with two new phones, two cases, and a host of chargers to keep them topped off.
We really are really thankful for Christopher's knowledgeable, no pressure customer service in navigating our requests. Our request kept us after close until about 7:30, we were so thankful they stayed open to finish up with us when Christopher told us he was done at 6:00! He stayed with us through the whole process and was just great the entire time!
