Gochos Orlando — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

I was on vacation in Orlando and the truth is I wanted to eat something tasty Venezuelan and I searched on Google and this place came up with lousy attention but with 5 stars, a single girl serving 30 people, taking orders and a very good Venezuelan who didn't even know how to use the cash register, throwing it at him. As the owner, he didn't even know how to give change to the people who came to Compare to take away. I don't know who the Young Man in the Black Cap was, but he really gets in the way in that place. He should go to Wash Cars, which I don't know if it would help either. The girl had to wait on tables, take orders by phone, the food was served for the orders of one table and another one, the place was really great, bad for them, I would not return, I would never recommend them, Never, Never, what a shame for them but I don't give them much time in that place. Do not waste your time with this place.

The staff is not properly trained, wage asked for a water and thinking it was TAP and the waitress brought a water bottle that my wife declined with no issues but later the waitress came back saying the water was already on the bills and she doesn’t know how to remove it and what did we wanted to do.

My wife politely asked to reach out to some one who knows because we are not paying for water that we didn’t wanted.

Later after still leaving a Tip turn out Tip is automatically included in the place and the waitress refused to help make a correction but the completely astonishing part was the need of the waitress to keep arguing every step of the way.

Went there with a friend three weeks ago and they charged us a 3% fee and another 10% service fee, the server/cashier didn’t say anything about the 10% and I left another 15% for tip (service was ok, not really good), when she printed the receipt is when I saw the charges, it was wrong of her not letting me know about the extra charge but I just let it go. Today, I placed a to go order and they still charged me for the 3% and 10%, when we asked about the service fee, the girl said they charge the 10% on the weekends, this never happened to me before and I guess you can charge whatever you want for service but at least you need to be upfront with people about it.
