Tacos el Rancho — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

Here is my first experience at this restaurant. When I went into the drive thru communication wasn't really there, was told to wait a second several time while he was taking my order the gentleman asked me what else I needed in my order, I requested green,red,and lime with my order or rice,beans,2 tacos. And I also ordered chips and queso. Then he sent me to the window. Once I got thru that part the wait wasn't that bad to get to the window. As I got to the window the gentleman asked me what else I needed for my order. I confirmed with him what I told at the speaker. 2 platters and chips and queso, large horchata. He only had the 2 platters ready. The chip and queso and horchata weren't on my order. After he added that to the order, I paid and waited a few more min for the rest of the order. Once he gave me the rest of the order, i parked up in the restaurant parking. Once I was ready to eat, I had none of the stuff i asked for. No sauce, no utensils. On top of that, the rice and refried beans was cold. The steak on the taco (asada) was way to chewy. The horchata doesn't taste to well. Paid $36 bucks...

My husband and i came here a few days ago, and Unfortunately these are the worst tacos we've ever had in orlando.

From the begining it was bad. I asked if they had a taco combo plate since i didnt see one, and the cashier said yes its on the board. I asked where it was on the menu to see the price and it wasnt even on there she had to tell me herself.

Anyways once she started putting my order together i could tell it wasnt going to be good. The steak looked gray, the pinto been looked white, and the rice was over cooked (like the grains were in pieces). And it tasted just as it looked, bad. I ate half a taco and called it quits.

My husband had one taco and a crispy taco. He said the crispy taco was good, and also like didnt regular tortilla one.

on the bright side, the cashier/staff were friendly and kind. The restaurant was nice and clean.

I wont be coming back...

First time to this location. I use to go to the downtown location before they closed. This place was very nice with everything looking very clean and new looking. It was completely dead when we walked in,so it had me a little worried. We arrived a hour and a half before they closed, but they looked like they were in the process of shutting down. I asked for a certain item, and they told me the grill they make it on was shutdown for the night. A hour or so before they actually closed mind you. I didn’t question this, but was not happy as a customer to be told that. The food we did eat was very good and no complaints about that. I just think if you work in the service industry you should have better customer service. You are there to help people get what they want, not to see how fast you can close and get...
