I gave this place 3 stars but it really only deserves 2. The 3rd star is due to the beautiful ambience both outside and inside. The service was mediocre at best as they only had from what I saw two waiters working the floor. My wife and I sat down and it took about 15 mins before anyone came to our table. No water was provided nor napkins but at least they had cutlery available. We ordered two drinks which came in their signature cups which were great and the liquor was quite strong which I agree with. But the reason I gave such a low rating other than the service was the food and the options available to choose from. Wife ordered a steak meal which was not good at all and she had to end up settling for a regular burger. My meal was good I gave it a 8.5 out of 10. The manager did however removed the steak meal from our bill so that was good. Then we approached by an individual asking to take our photo and we said yes initially thinking it was one photo then she kept asking us to do different positions which made it a bit uncomfortable as I’m not very photogenic. Then after we ate she brought about 9 photos back and asked us to purchase the ones we liked. Had I known we would’ve been charged I would’ve declined initially, so that was really upsetting that you now have all of these photos of us which we now have to pay for if we wanted to take them home. Our server arrived at the table and asked for drink orders without providing menus. She had to tell us about the drinks and only realized the lack of menus when we asked about food. We requested a high chair for our child multiple times, and it took 40 minutes to arrive. We also had to remind the server twice about our pitcher of lemonade, which arrived 35 minutes later.
Our food arrived at different times, with some dishes cold and others hot. Despite these issues, my family and I understood that mistakes can happen, especially since our server seemed to be in training. We left an 18% tip, considering the circumstances.
However, what really upset us was when the server followed us to the car, demanding a tip. My husband had to show him the tip receipt and explain that we had indeed left a generous tip, despite the mistakes. The server's behavior was unacceptable, and it's unfortunate that it overshadowed our...

Despite rarely leaving negative reviews, I felt compelled to share this due to the ongoing issues my party and I are facing. While our server was courteous and attentive, he was also involved in a billing mishap that has left us dealing with duplicate and incorrect charges days after our visit.
Each of us paid our individual bills using the handheld device provided at the table. However, we later discovered multiple charges—some duplicated, some completely incorrect—on our cards. Since then, the restaurant has been unresponsive and unhelpful in resolving the situation, leaving us to navigate this frustrating mess on our own.
This experience has been both inconvenient and unacceptable, and I hope steps are taken to improve their systems and customer service...
