This Wawa needs major help with Customer service. The manager has major lack of knowledge on how to run or be in Customer service. We stood at self check out trying to get help because you apparently need the Wawa rewards card to have any discounts throughout the store apply. Example. The 2 for $4 coke or 2 for $5 Fiji water. BEWARE OF THAT PEOPLE. THEY ARE RIPPING YOU OFF AT THIS ONE. Then when asking for an actual Wawa card the so called manager who had attitude. Had no other option on how to give the discount or even a store card to use in the situation and stressed they weren't allowed to use their own card had nothing to do to help us. So we from a $35 to $10. Their loss and our time was waisted.
The manager, I'm assuming HE was the manager because he was trying to help the cashier and another customer at self check out who needed his receipt seemed to be bothered by all of us with a major attitude to all! He was even rude to his cashier treating her like she was stupid and wouldnt answer her question as to how to cash out someone with pre paying gas! So everytime this happens this will never know how to take care of it. Instead HE just pressed buttons o. The screen in a rude way.
This is not Wawa way of Customer service. HE needs to be educated by Wawa DM on how to be a good customer service representative. If you don't like your job move o. And find something else. Stop being rude! See the other reviews it shows there is an issue. Fix it Wawa!.
This guy is horrible representation of your Wawa way.
Let's not over look his snide way of saying thanks for your patience while he removed each item individually instead of clearing the entire transaction at one time. Again no knowledge of how to help.NOT. you were by far NOT helpful at all. Pretty sure the self checkout where the guy wanted a receipt.. all he needed to do was change the the paper roll and wala done!. I'll be contacting corporate! With all the complaints about basically the same thing Wawa needs to work on this location mostly HIM!
So please beware people they are ripping you off and how can you not have a Wawa card to...
Read moreI am in this area for work. They have FREE AIR (1 of 2 machines will work at any given time). Lots of gas pumps so there is usually not a wait for fuel. Prepackaged hot breakfast food near the register won’t make you sick but please don’t ever resort to this. I can’t speak on the bathrooms here because I’ve never used them but based on the staffing issue here, I hope to never know. Back to the staffing: this location is extremely busy and would likely be busier except for the fact that it is ridiculously understaffed. I no longer order hot food here because the wait is maddening. In general, the bread is tasty at most Wawa’s but not enough to regularly spend over half an hour waiting. They have good teas and lemonades. They have a decent rewards program but it’s not user friendly. I did have to call the rewards cust service once and they were real people who were attentive and efficient. I recently purchased a blueberry parfait here (Wawa’s packaging) and the blueberries were the best I’ve had in a long time. Some of the other locations have recently hired security and I hope this one follows suit because I remember waiting in line once behind a woman with a huge attack dog not on a leash while none of the employees seemed phazed. Store /parking lot usually clean and self-serve areas are usually clean and...
Read moreOk so I ordered the new crispy ranch turkey sub today. Two things it wasn’t: crispy or ranch. Not only that but the sandwich wasn’t made as requested. I asked for garlic aïoli, Swiss cheese, black pepper, tomato, sweet peppers, lettuce. Instead I got turkey with pulled pork mayonnaise on onions and pickles.. there was one man making the food and then a woman who came over to help. I saw her go over to the hot station and add the pulled pork to a sandwich and then she looked up at the screen looked back down and I think she realized she messed up. Because then, she finished the sandwich just threw it in the wax paper and wrapped it up. Slapped the number on it and called out my number. I was already there 20 minutes waiting for a sandwich when there were only three people ahead of me so I didn’t check it, which was my mistake. When I got back to the office and opened it, I saw that it was nothing that I ordered, which is unfortunate. I understand people make mistakes but then own up to it and re-make it. I ended up giving the sandwich away and I will likely just not return to...
