I got a butterfly haircut and an “organic straightening” treatment here, and honestly, both turned out really bad. The haircut didn’t look like what I asked for, the front part (bangs) has no shape at all and looks uneven. In the back it’s less noticeable since my hair is long and thick, but the ends were left horrible, even worse than before cutting them.

As for the straightening treatment, I went on September 20th, 2025, two weeks before my birthday (September 30th). I had to come back on September 27th to use the “guarantee” because my hair didn’t stay straight at all, and my hair is already naturally quite straight, it’s just the roots that get a bit frizzy.

When I came back, Andrea treated me really badly. She was clearly annoyed, rushing through the process, even pulling my hair and complaining that she had to hurry because more clients were coming, as if the “guarantee” didn’t count as a real paid service (which it was!). They even split the work between two people to finish faster.

I’ve done similar treatments in many places and never had such a bad experience. This is honestly the worst straightening I’ve ever had. I’m shocked by how good their marketing is, because that’s the only good thing about this place.

If you look closely, most of the good reviews are actually about Tata, who truly deserves them, I saw her working with care and effort on another client. But it’s a shame that Andrea takes advantage of those good reviews as if they were hers.

NO LO RECOMIENDO. Tenía mi cabello muy largo y sano (producto de cuidármelo durante muchos años), quería un corte diferente al recto que ya tenía para darle un poco de movimiento. Supuestamente me hicieron el corte en V pero en realidad arruinaron mi cabello por completo. El corte quedó demasiado torcido, disparejo, sin forma, sin movimiento y al final, tuve que cortarme de nuevo el cabello recto y me quedó muy corto solo un poco más abajo de la altura de los hombros después de haberlo tenido más abajo de la cintura. Por favor, NO VAYA A ESTE LUGAR NUNCA!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. My hair was very long and healthy (I have been taking care of it for many years), and I wanted a different cut because I was looking for some movement for it. Supposedly, they sold me a V-cut, but actually, they completely ruined my hair. The cut came out too crooked, uneven, shapeless, and lacking movement. Se supone que un corte en V o en capas debería lucir como la imagen, pero mi cabello no quedó ni en capas, ni en V, si no absolutamente destrozado. Se supone que ustedes son “profesionales” y deberían saber lo que hacen. Estaba segura del cambio y por eso busqué un “profesional”. Cómo se atreven a pedir disculpas solo justificando su error? Son realmente increíbles creando contenido, de verdad. El Instagram de ustedes parece de una revista: luces perfectas, ángulos increíbles… definitivamente deberían seguir enfocándose en eso, porque ahí sí que son buenas. Ahora, cuando se trata de hacer el cabello, la historia cambia completamente. Pagué caro, NO porque NO pudiera hacerlo, sino porque CONFIÉ en la imagen que proyectan. Y sinceramente, el resultado fue TERRIBLE. Si de verdad quieren ofrecer un buen servicio, empiecen por actualizar sus técnicas y tomar algunos cursos antes de decir que saben cortar cabello. Y el producto “orgánico” que tanto promocionan… desapareció con el primer lavado. Solo quiero decir que hay una GRAN diferencia entre verse profesionales en Instagram y SER profesionales en la vida real. Inviertan en mejorar lo que realmente importa, porque los clientes merecen algo mucho mejor que una “buena foto”. Y por si acaso, tengo fotos en su propio salón.

Ah, qué conveniente. Cuando el resultado no les conviene, mágicamente el cliente “nunca existió”. Fascinante cómo su base de datos borra selectivamente los trabajos que no combinan con el feed de Instagram. Y no se preocupen, tengo todo documentado: fotos, videos, recibo de pago… todo tan “supuesto” como su profesionalismo. Mencionar el precio fue un toque encantador muy útil para dejar claro que confunden “lujo” con “ego”. Un servicio de lujo no se mide por cuánto se cobra, sino por la calidad del trabajo y la ética con la que se responde a un reclamo. Y en eso, lamento decirlo, están bastante lejos del estándar.
