I would be glad if this salesperson I just encountered was fired as soon as possible. She attacks people right at the door, says don't film people (I didn't film people), presses them with rules right at the door. I lost all mood to even go in this time, I always came to this store at the old address and I have never seen anything like this. She says she needs to be warned about three things: close bags, don't film people, and leave something near the table where she works. As proof, she called another visitor and asked, "Didn't I really ask you to close your bag, sir?" The man nodded nervously. Drove here for 30 mins for my daughter who wanted beads. I brought my well behaved 6 year old son in with me. The lady working was very rude. Telling us we have to hold our sons hand! Seriously. It's just beads. It's not the serious. I could understand if he was running around trying to touch everything. Noone should be telling you as a parent to hold your child hand is ludicrous. But he wasnt doing anything. This is why small businesses like this go out of business. This is such a small niche and every customer these days count. So we won't be back. Check prices online....

Such a great bead store. You can find almost anything here. The quality is so high, and they have a beautiful variety of beads and jewlry making supplies. It’s so easy to spend hours here and lots of money lol. I adore this place. The staff is so kind and helpful as well. It’s a much better experience than any chain store.
