Wanted to add my review here as well as I did in yelp as one of the worst experiences I've had in my life for food service for handicap people and service in general. Come in and wait at at front desk literally 20 minutes nobody comes. Them a girl comes. I express my friend is handicapped can we sit at the front large booth as it's his birthday and we have some more people coming. I can't do that because they are working out their service tables. Literally 12 to 15 girls at this back table talking for 40 minutes. While playing customers are waiting. You can zoom in my pic where there are like 6 people in that back table but was easily 15 or more earlier. Also see the 20 plus empty tables on this side of the restaurant and was the same on the other side. I ask to speak to a manager and get the riders manager in have ever dealt with in a restaurant. I explained the booth request which was empty, the whole damm restaurant was. I explained it was his birthday and we had more people coming. Can we sit down. Oh we can't till this assigned girls table is complete. I said it's now 30 minutes standing here and planned to come here for his birthday but if we can't be seated in this completely empty place we can go somewhere else. So he proceeded to say we had to wait for this seating waitress process or yeah go somewhere else... The finally they broke the meeting and came to seat us. Never any positive feedback on sorry for the wait, happy birthday, anything. Just go somewhere else then. He never came to check on us or follow up. At the same time when I took this empty photo of the place to the right were 2 gentlemen that complained too. Had sat there for 45 minutes without service or food. Again 15 plus girls at that back table where they just seem to hangout. While nobody is being served. I don't know the names but had an African American bar manager that was the super rude person to me. Then this group asked for a manager and got a female white woman. Not sure who is the true manager here and not making anything a race issue just super super poor service. When the rest of my party came they said let's just leave. We stayed and tried not to take it out on our server but expressed the poor management when leaving. Our server was great. But to see 2 so called managers fail drastically is unacceptable. I don't frequent this location but do the Twin Peaks in Warrenville and the service is so much better there. Managers come and check on you asking how the service is. I go there weekly. So thanks for ruining my handicapped friends birthday. He was also blown away by the rude remarks and telling us to go somewhere else then. Said he never experienced that ever for a man in his 70s. Hopefully the site manager gets rid of these rude managers.

Rating as a Family event. I cannot speak on just a couple friends going. (Which I believe would be a better experience) Wings were ok, but Hooters have a better flavor and are crispier. Our waitress Nina did what she could. She made a couple mistakes, but was very nice. 1 mistake being a miscommunication between the Kitchen and staff. We had 2 separate tables because they don't put tables together. We were going back and forth on tables, eating each other's food because of how slow the food was arriving. Lobster rolls we're ok. The green onion is what made it ok (In a good way) Not enough Lobster and tasted as if it was defrosted. We have 2 Autistic relatives in their teens that joined us. As we were all sharing each other's plates (mind you after about 45 mins) Nephews started to get upset. If you haven't seen an Autistic teen have a fit, you wouldn't understand. Well they we're because all of us have eaten already and now over an hour they were just watching us eat as the wings were ordered were spicy and theirs were Garlic Parmesan. After letting the manager know that we can't enjoy our family outing (I'm polite when I speak) because we have 1 Autistic family member that hasn't gotten his food, he managed to immediately get him 6 of his 12 wings with fries to the table in which everyone cheered. 😂 The other 6 were brought but taken to the other table because they ordered 6 garlic Parmesan also. Now they're completely forgot about bringing his other six because they thought those six were the ones that were supposed to be brought for him. So you can see in the picture that they brought him over those six and waited for the other six that were ordered over an hour ago. I also want to point out that the waitress didn't come by enough as we even had to get up on our own to go get water refills. Next we had the birthday girl standing at the table and at the beginning I asked if they could do this at the end when we were ready to pay. I pointed out the birthday girl with glasses the only one with glasses, and I mentioned that. I asked if they can keep it confidential. That didn't work.... As we were still eating the birthday girl came over to our table and started talking to me. The waitress came over and said "who's the birthday girl again?" And I kind of just looked at her and looked at the birthday girl and shook my head in disbelief. Because we were out as a family we had a great time but it seems that it's hard for that location to handle big parties. I believe they gave us some sort of discount at the end for the mishaps but I'm not looking for discounts I'm looking for service. Thank you to the waitress and Manager for doing the best they can as we were not the only table she was waiting.

for the last 6 years I gone to twin peaks for my birthday. I had a very disappointing experience. it was partly my fault. I made the mistake of taking a picture of one of the young ladies to share with my nephew with out asking. I won a bet against him the day before and he zelle me some money and said uncle don't worry about the bet, just treat yourself to a great birthday meal on me. he asked me where was I am going to go. he said that's what you want with all the money I sent you. I said it's kinda bitter sweet for me to go there but I digress. I told him it's a great place for young people to go to and they have the coldest beer. he had never heard of the place. the problem was how this one young lady accosted me and she was not the person I took the picture of. ultimately I had to make several attempts to apologize to the young lady that I took the picture of and I had to explain in detail to the manager my reasoning. I never even noticed a sign saying no pictures allowed. ultimately I will never go back. I told my sister the concept was like hooters. she said I will go with you because hooters is generally done in good taste and wings are great. my sister who was with me said. I don't know why you brought me here but this is greatest form of exploitation of young ladies she have seen in a long time and the food is not that good either. now that I am looking at it in retrospect, it's really not that great of a restuarant. I don't drink however I will have a cold beer 3 to 4 times a year. I like my nephew had never heard of the place. I just happen to stumble on the place while driving through my neighborhood of oakbrook when I had to spend my birthday alone for the very first time after 30+ years of marriage. the only thing that caught my eye then was the cold beer sign outside. this is not a sour grapes syndrome. this is looking at something from a logical perspective and not an emotional one. as I said earlier the only good thing about the restaurant is...
