If there was an option to give negetive stars i would do so. we were busy in the office so a bunch of us at work decided to order food for delivery. We decided on Naf Naf closest one to us was Oakbrook Terrace, IL Placed order at 12:35pm cst got a notice from doordash since thats the delivery service being used by this restaurant, my odrder should be arriving around 1:30pm cst around 13:45pm cst order is still not here. call the restaurant to see if they can help me locate my order. guy answers the phone and when i ask if he can help me locate where is the order he abruptly tells me "no" and i'm being told to call the driver for DoorDash that was provided on my emailed receipt. I call the driver she answers and tells me that she's still 25 minutes away because there was to orders she had to deliver it is already 2pm cst. At 2:35pm i called the driver again because food is still not here driver does not answer. I call back the restaurant to complain. A lady answers the phone i explain what happened she tells me to hand on she will get the gm for me who just came in for her shift. GM answers the phone and tells me they did what they were supposed to do the order was picked up around 1pm cst and everything else is out of their hands I do manage to get at least the phone number for customer service for DoorDash. DoorDash rep on the phone was not helpful at all. when i asked to get my money back for the bad service and the tip that was charged DoorDash told me to call the restaurant for any refunds no one wants to take responsibility for absolutely horrible service that was provided. Driver finally showed up at 3pm did not apologize gave me a ripped bag with our food. And when asked why did it take over 2 hours to deliver the food her only response was there was 2 orders to be delivered. "Awesome service!!!!" NOT!!!! People have no pride in...

The issue was we tried to place a catering order website gave option for delivery but each time i tried completing the order it would prompt that the resturant no longer offeres delivery.
I tried this with different cards, browsers and resturant locations and kept getting the issue.
I called the Oakbrook restaurant kept getting the run around about the catering I submitted a ticket about an and called back, but i received no call back there for i called an hour later to inform that no one got back to me about the catering issue and i was getting really close to the 24hr policy the have you on to be able to submit your order.
I called other restaurants and they appear to know whats going on and they informed me that Naf Naf doesnt offer to delivery catering.
I tried calling the Oakbrook to confirm I can perform a pickup catering but was told the manager was to busy because of a line, but that the employee that answerd the phone couldn't take over for the manager i tried letting the employee know that I spoke to the manager and that it was a pretty big order. I wasnt told id get a call back or anything.
So no I won't be able to get my order in time and will have to go else were we are a corporation and we were looking to place a 50person order which would equal over $700+ tip.
We will have to go elsewhere but wanted to make you aware of the very disappointing service we received.
More training is required because if I would have known that pick up was the only option we would of putting the order in instead of waiting to get a callback or response about delivery option not available...

I would like to begin my review by saying I am regular customer at Naf Naf Grill in Oak Brook Terrace normally my service is good or great. Today I went to Naf Naf for lunch where I saw one female employee sitting at a table playing on her cell phone, the other employee was at the counter taking an order for 4 pita sandwiches for a customer that was being very indecisive. I waited a total of 14 mins to be served, never got a sorry I will be with you in one moment or an apology for the wait, or having the employee that was playing on her phone to come and help me. I decided to leave without any food because I was going to be late coming back to lunch from my 30min lunch. I called the restaurant to make a complaint because I felt this was unacceptable for a FAST FOOD Restaurant this is where the fun began.... I called and spoke to Lilly who claimed to be the Manager. I told her I would like to make a compliant. She gave a huge sigh 😮 and asked how can she help. I explained to her what happened and she asked for my name and phone number and stated she tell her GM and then CLICK!!!!!! No sorry! No explanation for the horrible slow service NOTHING just a dial tone/hang up! Thanks Lilly for being the pride of Naf Naf Grill, Oak Brook Terrace with your excellent customer service...
