This might be quite a lengthy review because I want to make sure I explain my entire experience.
So, this Sunday (the 19th) night, my boyfriend and I went in for a cute little date after a long day of being at work. It was my first time ever eating here, and it’s quite unfortunate that I didn’t get such a great experience. We walked in, looked at the menu & we both ordered our plates. I ordered the classic spaghetti & meatball .. just to find out they were out of meatballs. How does that happen on such a classic dish. It was no big deal and I simply I choose a different item.
We also got one drink and when we went to the soda machine, it had no ice, So we told the cashier and she said she would call her manager to get it fixed. In the meantime another employee was polite enough to bring us a cup of ice from the back so I continued to attempt to fill our cups with pop just to find out there every single flavor was unavailable. The manager stood behind us for at least five minutes as she saw us struggling to find a pop that was available and it wasn’t until we turned to tell her none were working that she said something. She looked at us and said “well maybe if you’d move you could give me a chance to fix it” an attitude neither my boyfriend or I deserved, especially coming from a manager. We walked away and sat down and got our food, which was quite good actually. At least ten minutes passed and she was still not done with the machine meanwhile there were five of us still waiting to get a drink.
After waiting for so long and being quite parched we were finally able for fill our cups with pop. Overall the food was amazing , the employees were so polite, even apologizing for their own managers behavior. We enjoy going to places and receiving great customer service. It was really unfortunate that my first experience eating at this restaurant was...
Read moreI placed an online order for pick up at 5pm. It was a tray of mac and cheese as well as a few side orders. Upon arriving at 5:05, "Dana" whom I assumed was the shift manager, advised me that the order had already been picked up. Dana very rudely continued to point at the shelf stating she had just made it herself and that someone had already picked up implying I must be mistaken. After calling my husband the only other person who knew about the order and realizing he wasn't even near by to have picked it up Dana kept implying it was picked up already and nothing she can do about it. I told her I would obviously need a new order since mine was obviously stolen, Dana stated she could make a new order but would have to charge me, again implying I was at fault that my order was missing. After going back and forth for what seemed like eternity she walked away and yelled that she would be checking cameras, again implying I had something to do with why it was missing. She checked cameras and after repeating numerous times that I had no idea who the woman picking up was she finally gave up and remade a new tray BUT never had the decency to come to apologize for her behavior and had someone else hand it off. I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service. The fact that the order was stolen wasn't the issue for me here, nor the fact that I had to wait an additional half hour to resolve all of this it was the way I was treated by Dana. I am a bank manager therefore very familiar with customer service and how to handle customer issues and I could never keep an employee like Dana who was absolutely disrespectful and had 0 problem resolution skills. It's a shame to have a person like her represent your restaurant. As a weekly patron and loyal customer I am extremely disappointed at...
Read moreI’ve had two consecutive mediocre food experiences at this particular Noodles & Co.
The first time I ordered a BBQ Pork Mac and Cheese that came with cold, straight-out-of-the-fridge shredded cheese on top. Made the whole dish feel cold. I asked them to heat it up or put in the microwave or something and was told “oh sorry we can’t do that. And we don’t have a microwave.”
Today, I ordered the Thai Green Curry with Shrimp. Now this was my first time ordering this dish, so maybe I’m just not familiar with how it should taste, but my dinner tasted very bland. Not only that, but the extra stuff (broccoli, pineapple, shrimp, cilantro) were extremely lacking and it was basically just the (dry) noodles. I asked the cashier if they had some olive oil or vinaigrette to see if I could improve it any and - of course - “sorry, we don’t have any of that.” Picture attached.
Now, I’m not going to be dramatic and leave a scalding 1-star review, but I simply do not intend to return to this Noodles location. When I am in the mood, I will drive the extra distance to a different location because this one just really isn’t up to...
