Starbucks — Restaurant in Oakhurst

I am a regular customer at Starbucks. I was ordering a simple grande, dark roast coffee with some cream. One of the female employees who took my mom and I’s order Only served us my mom’s drink. Then we asked where the grande coffee was. She just turned her face and answered somebody else that was after us. And someone else had to go get our coffee. Upon getting the coffee, there was no cream in it which we asked for in the first place. So I went back to get cream and I tried to talk to the lady that had take my mom‘s order But she just turned her back to me and didn’t even acknowledge I was there. Someone else had to come and give me some cream for my coffee. This same lady has treated me rudely before twice before actually and is always has always given me what appears to me as mean looks.. I don’t know what I ever did to her or what kind of problem or day she’s having but I am a customer and a human being as well and I don’t appreciate her service there at all. I hope it does not...

We went there me and my family ,, we ordered strawberry acai , and they said we are out and then we said ok lets have the mango dragon fruit if you guys don’t have it , when we pull up to the window they were serving strawberry acai for other people, and we asked them to change the drinks for us , we return all the ones in the car , and they said you guys return 3 out of 4 And we said no we did return 4/4 And they looking at us as we steal a cup of refresher !!!!!! She carry 3 at the first time and 1 after And they blaming people ?!!! And they was so rude talking to a loyal costumer to Starbucks , I use Starbucks every single day and sometimes twice a day and i’ve never had a such bad experience...

Terrible experience. I told the girl she got my order wrong, so I had to pay for a new drink. I told the girl my order 3 TIMES. She repeated my order back to me. Really no excuse here, seeing as there was nobody else in line. I was a barista for 3 years and if I ever messed up an order I always made sure to make it...
