Cool Bean Cafe in Oakhurst, CA is the place to be refreshed, relax, connect to WiFi before, after or during your time in Yosemite! The owners Casey and Alyssa care about people and are passionate about how coffee/tea are roasted and prepared to give their customers the best experience possible. Their staff are like them, caring, friendly and helpful. I ordered an iced coffee drink but wasnât exactly sure what kind ....so and they made it from âscratchâ and it was exactly what I was craving for and it delicious! Great customer service! The roasted coffee you can purchase at Cool Bean is the best tasting ever (even their decaf blend) and perfect for gifts or to keep on hand when you canât get to their cafe. The Cool Bean Cafe is cozy indoors and it also has a lovely shaded and spacious outdoor seating. We love to gather there with friends and family! Truly wonderful to support a local business and family who care about their community and beyond....
   Read more3 guys. No organization... 20 minute wait. Asked for a dark roast pour over... Coffee was light weight; guess you have to be a bud, to hang out with these guys and pat their back... No pat from me, just an honest review. My order needed adjustment... Missing items. Sorry guys, with so many coffee houses there is no excuse for poor organization and lightweight coffee (could have had room coffee.) Of note, use a coffee measure, don't reach into of bags beans with your hand and place it in a grinder... (Oh yeah, forgot... covid is not real.) Again, you have to be a Bud (walk in and be called by name) to feel at home... Of note: the local girls at the S... B....s were 3 and handle multiple orders and got it right.    Read moreThere were four employees working last week when we stopped in. The cashier was the only one who wasn't pleasant nor did she smile or thank us. The others were very nice and welcoming.
Coffee was good. My Latte was spot on.
We wanted some food but they had nearly nothing left. We didn't realize that they only make a certain amount of food items for the day and then once they're gone, they're gone. I had the very last burrito in the case and it was a Chorizo one. I enjoyed it but it wasn't anything to really rave about. For $11, I expected more. My wife had a slice of their coffee cake and enjoyed it so much she wanted another one for the day after.
If we find ourselves in Oakhurst again, we may stop back in considering the limited options. Plus, the outside patio area is...
