This use to be my go to place for the last few years. Even with the pandemic, this was the ONE and ONLY place we would go for takeout. It started with the small things before the pandemic, wrong order, forgot to bring a michelado, would never bring our items. Then it started to happen all the time. Read moreBeen going here for 30 years with great food, but last night was HORRIBLE. Ordered 2 different burritos and neither had extra cheese we ordered, my super burrito did not have guacamole or salsa and the rice was so undercooked it hurt my teeth. I had to open the burrito and discard all the rice. The chicken was minimal and the whole thing was dry and tasteless. The other carne asada burrito was also dry, had minimal meat and no guacamole or salsa. Both contained undercooked beans!

No one else complained.” I offered to return it so he could see for himself, and he said “We don’t return anything.” Me: “Then give me a refund.” He refused. Will never go back. Rude and unprofessional service with ZERO customer service....
