JOJO 523SOUTHERNHALAL BBQ Soul Food — Restaurant in Oakland

I ordered at 7pm the Food was very overrated, im not sure if I ordered to late and got the last of the food but all of my links were burnt, the Brisket i got was nothing but fatty pieces and i didnt eat it, the fish had no seasoning, the mac&cheese was good but the greens had way to much vinegar in it. I ordered kool-aid and they sent soda and I dont drink soda so I was mad about that. Definitely not worth the 50$ I paid for each plate. The only thing that was truly good was the BBQ sauce. I was looking forward to the pop up but I was just disappointed with it all. Now I have to order more food for somewhere else and spend more money just to eat after spending all that money. Very disappointed 😞 I wish I could post the pictures so that you all can see what Im talking about but this review post won't allow me to. Whewwww! Ima say this! run to get this BBQ!TREAT YOURSELF !All my craving was satisfied . Starting with the communication with the business. All of my questions were pleasantly answered with a very fast reply . Available on all delivery platforms. I got 4 proteins and the portions was huge ! I had to share with my husband but it was more than enough ! Mac and cheese was good as well as the smashed potatoes. The tri tip was cut up perfectly cooked seasoned as well as the chicken wings! But the big meaty beef ribs that was cooked to perfection with a slight crisp/charr, I ate the bone nearly . Omg dont forget the spicy yet taste links ❤️ I enjoyed this fully ! Ok so it’s 7:22 pm as I’m writing this. This place popped up on DD and I checked on google all great ratings. So here’s me before trying it out. It looks great, promising! The hype is pretty cool.
