JJ Fish and Chicken — Restaurant in Oakland

They dont care about anybody ordering on doordash- just a fyi for those that plan too. I called after receiving an order with ONE tartar sauce and two ketchups- after carefully explaining in my notes that i dont want any other sauces than tartar sauce. I had one simple request that couldnt be accommodated for for whatever reason. I spent over 40 dollars on a few pieces of fish and couldnt even get at LEAST two tarter ssuces after i practically begged for them in my notes. Oh, and i forgot to mention that the first time i called regarding this issue the person i was speaking too hung up in my face mid sentence. I wasnt being rude and didnt deserve that treatment at all. Ive been going to this jj fish for years and never will again after this experience. 0/10 service. Will never return here in my life. In all honesty theyre just young kids working that dont care about the integrity of the buisiness that they work for at all and it shows. NEVER AGAIN!!! Dont say i didnt warn you if you recieve the same...

Placed order online..picked up order..got back to work and 1 order was not fulfilled..i was advised online if I had an issue to contact the store where the food was purchased. I contacted the store and tried to make them aware of what happened and I was told that this never happens. I then began to ask how many pieces of fish comes with a 3 way combo he said 2. I ordered 2 kinds of fish and shrimp which should have been a total of 4 fillet pieces instead I only received 2. My catfish order was perfect. They advised me to contact Door Dash which is a third Party..I told him Door Dash had nothing to do with this order. I kept trying to advise him that he was not giving good customer service and that fell on deaf ears..He continued being rude..i have never received any bad service from the other Oakland locations..PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION ON W.GRAND IN OAKLAND. I came to order a large red snapper dinner.I only got 2 small to medium sized pieces of red snapper and about 4 nuggets of what tasted like catfish or another type of fish that absolutely was not red snapper...those pieces were hard and gummy and chewy.I was given macaroni and cheese and the container wasn't even completely full and it tasted dried out and not very tasty..I was supposed to get 4 large pieces of fish and I did not get it for the price I was charged witch was over 20 twenty dollars and I wasn't given a receipt....I had went to this location couple weeks ago and everything was good and that is why I came back today but everything was horrible today....I will never return to this place again....I was ripped off....and I don't appreciate it....DON'T EAT HERE...
