So today I went in with the intention to buy a plate and to use my code for a free entree. What I saw took place before me was an employee giving a customer a free entree without having to buy another plate. That’s how the redemption code works, not because he just bought a plate for him and his date. My question to him was, “So we get free entree’s now?”[assuming we don’t to buy a whole plate]Which makes more sense! The Panda Express employee replies: “He bought a plate”I know that customer JUST bought a plate because I pulled in and went to Safeway for some fruit first and saw that same couple sitting next to the window. I usually go to the Panda Express near the Safeway in Emeryville, but they recently started slacking too. After addressing it, the Panda Express employee should’ve accepted responsibility for his actions. And given me two free entree’s or a medium entree.See that’s how he could’ve worked around it.Matterfact imma buy a my last plate from the Emerville panda and then copy and paste this into the review.
This is for all my peeps who need it, don’t be letting people get away with stuff.
went to the one in Emeryville, Linda running the register asked me where did I get my receipt. I confirmed it was my receipt with my card, the last four digits on the pin are the same correct. She must’ve assumed I was a hobo because of the way I was dressed. Then when another girl came over wearing black Panda Express attire with a bun Linda tried to make it seem like she was telling me about the survey for the coupon, when I already knew about that and was using that, I am no longer a customer for panda. No thank you.
last plate and not even gonna fill...
I don't really get cravings for Panda Express although their food tastes good because I associate the store with hazy food comas in college. However my partner wanted it for dinner so I ordered it through Doordash. The delivery was on time.
We both got plates. He got the orange chicken, Kung Pao chicken, super greens, and fried rice. I got the chow mein, eggplant tofu, and the orange chicken. We also got one chicken egg roll, one apple pie roll, and veggie spring rolls which came in two small pieces.
My favorite thing here is the orange chicken. The breading isn't too much, and the sweet and sour flavor of the sauce tastes good. I liked the chow mein too. I was looking at my partner's super greens though because some fiber felt like a good idea.
The chicken egg roll was a bit dry. It was much bigger than the veggie spring rolls. The chicken egg roll had a thick wrapper while the veggie spring rolls felt thinner, more like regular Asian egg rolls. The apple pie roll was dusted in sugar. It was crispy but I wish we ate it hotter. It was reminiscent of a churro. My partner said he would not have it again though, and I don't think I would either. The apple inside was a bit too sticky and sweet.
Overall this was a...

I came and the first thing that the cashier and manager said to me is that the coupon was NOT valid although there was another customer waiting to claim the exact same coupon. I expected my order to be ready by the time I indicated and the coupon did NOT have any problems online.
I will update as soon as I get my order. This was a VERY disappointing first experience ordering here!
Update: I received my order, and it was sitting on the counter for about 10 minutes because the egg rolls were NOT done. I had to go back to work, so I asked if I could just have two veggie rolls instead. My personal feedback would be that this location really needs to step up on the online ordering and streamline it so people, who are on their lunch break, do NOT waste any time. In addition, this location needs to thoroughly read the coupons associated with T-Mobile. The cell carrier is not...
