Another pizza shop in the East Bay with Arizmendi DNA, this chain is the brainchild of a former worker at Berkeley cheese board Pizza collective. Newly installed in the Rockridge shopping center, this is sure to be a big hit in the area, since there is no other Pizza like it in the area. Word to the yum yum. If you want to know what I mean by Arizmendi DNA, think of delicious pizza but with a crust that is so delicious you can eat it alone without toppings, a kind of chewy fragrant sourdough that they could sell as bread all on its own. The pizza was enjoyable, pesto really tied all the flavors together. Not sure if I'm overthinking but the service could of been better. May just be me not being from the area but I don't really enjoy an "eh" as a signal to come over to get my food. But food wise, it was...
