Follow up to review below: After nearly a week I get a call from Habit and after speaking and addressing my concern I can see that this company doesn’t take customer service serious. There was no sort of compensation for the inconvenience (I don’t even know why they called me for) the same complaint I made a lot of folks are making the same complaint. THIS COMPANY CARES NOTHING ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS. Before you spend your money here try somewhere else that appreciates the customer.
My experience at this location was terrible, the employee especially the female manager that didn't want to give her name... I placed my order online via the mobile app for curbside pick up and paid via the app, upon arrival to the location I followed the apps instructions and the signs telling you were to park and then I checked in via the link in the text message... After waiting in the curbside pick up spot for nearly 20mins+ I went inside and asked what happened to my order ? ( Now this is where things go down hill slowly but quickly.) The individual at the counter walked over to the a table and said here you, I said I ordered curbside pick up not in store pick up, he said it doesn't tell him what type of order it is (lie) at the same time a gentleman came over and said we probably missed it on the order and if I would like for them to remake the order, I said sure and I stepped away from the counter and stood by the garbage cans, next to the exit waiting patiently, after about 4mins the same gentleman (manager) walked over and said what is the name on the "curbside pickup" (he know says curbside pickup).. I gave him the name and he said I'll bring it out to you, you can wait in the car...
I went back and waited in the car after another 20mins I got very irritated and went back in the store and asked where what happened to my order and the same person at the counter said here it is sitting on the counter, this time a hispanic lady came over (new manager on duty, manager that previously helped me left.) and I asked what is the issue with getting my curbside order and she went on to say now that the system been broken all day so they are not getting the orders, and how she called me via the intercom.
I said to her ma'am right here on the receipt it says Curbside Pickup in bold red print, you have 2 curbside pick up spot and a app that ask you to describe the vehicle your parked in, now no one came outside to make any attempt the 2x to deliver this order, at this time this lady was literally arguing with me saying well here is your food take it, no apology nothing just straight rudeness, I asked for a refund and she told me she can't give me a refund because I paid online, I asked for her name and she said she can't give me her name cause she didn't help me previously, I asked for the manager name that helped me previously and she said he already left and she can't give me his name, if I want it have to come back the next day when he is there..
I responded that's why you don't wear name tags so you can talk and treat the customer rude, but remember we as customers make a difference and it takes reviews in order to let others know what type of service they might receive..
I tried to call the store to get the managers name but instead got a nationwide call center which the rep tells you to go online and fill out the form for comments (lol) not even a way to reach the store or make a complaint and to get a refund I had to call my back and tell them what happened.
Why have curbside pickup and the workers are not bringing the food out when you arrive?
Hopefully this review reaches someone that realizes that they have staff that are rude and have no customer service skills..
What is also shocking was the first manager threw in the garbage the order that was sitting on the table but the second time when I told them that I didn't want the remade order cause they did the same thing again, the lady just folded the bag and put on the counter behind her..
Just makes me wonder what she did with...

This business has been shaped by its idea that it could sell boutique style burgers at a lower price point. I make this assertion due to its investment in beeper technology (handed out after ordering).
This tech adds overhead at the time of sale and also once the food is ready and requires non industry standard training for its employees to use.
So I get my burger after about 6 minutes and its...fine(burger mostly juicy and bread crispy? I was informed that the owner's see themselves as a competitor to McDonalds, however i believe, it is impossible to compete against Mcdonalds if a single item order takes 6 minutes.

The Double Char Burger was a 5⭐️ as usual, and the fries were perfectly done. Crispy and salty on the outside and mash-potatoy in the inside, and with the ketchup,😋 perfection. 👌 The bad things I could say about this visit is that there was a mess on the floor in front of the counter that wasn't cleaned up until I was just about done eating, and the ketchup dispenser wasn't working or stocked.
