I recently visited the Starbucks coffee shop in Oakland, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! I decided to try their matcha green tea latte with oat milk, and it was simply fantastic. The blend of the smooth matcha flavor with the creamy oat milk was a match made in heaven. It’s definitely a must-try for any tea lover.
What made the visit even more enjoyable were the breathtaking views of the bay. The picturesque scenery added a touch of serenity to my coffee break, making it a perfect spot to unwind and savor my latte.
The staff at this Starbucks location were friendly and attentive, making sure my order was prepared to perfection. The cozy ambiance and comfortable seating also contributed to the overall positive experience.
If you’re in Oakland and looking for a spot to enjoy a delightful matcha green tea latte with oat milk and stunning bay views, I highly recommend giving this Starbucks a visit. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy a quality cup of tea amidst beautiful...
Read moreIf you've ever been to a Starbucks, you know what to expect, service- and product-wise. However, despite how crowded this Starbucks can get, the lines are never long, for long, as the cashiers and baristas work really fast to get you in and out the door (or into a seat). Not to mention, the Wi-Fi is incredibly fast, despite how many people are using it (definitely, use a VPN, though, as you never know who could be snooping on an open [and popular] Wi-Fi network). The staff, here, are really friendly; the smell of the coffee will definitely lure you in; the sandwiches, breads, and salads are more than decent, for to-go food; and, you even get a discount, if you bring a Starbucks-branded mug in (I usually do, and I normally get black coffee). This location is on Embarcadero Street, in a small plaza, with a small parking lot. So, parking may be an issue, depending on when you visit. Still, if you need to satisfy your caffeine fix, I can't recommend this...
Read moreIf I could give this Starbucks Zero stars I would. The female cashier on Tuesday evening shift around 3pm is extremely RUDE. We asked for the dragon drinks and mango dragonfruit and she just looked at us said No with an big attitude. Okay fine. But when I asked why they don't have it, she just looked at me said "No we don't have it." Like it is my fault to order the drinks that they can't make. Okay fine. Then she told us it would take more than 15mins to wait for ONE frappuccino. But they have TWO baristas and only 2 customers ahead, and she told us that. We canceled order and left. I have never been experienced such a horrible customer service like this at any Starbucks. This cashier should not be in hospitality industry. The management needs to work more on their...
