I recently moved here from Vegas, and I was honestly worried I’d have to sacrifice my sushi cravings. I thought there was no way I could find sushi that compared to the high quality and fresh fish I was used to in Vegas (yes, even in the desert!). But Bluefin Sushi proved me wrong. We tried the Orange Daisy roll, tempura udon, and the nigiri special combination. If you love salmon skin like I do, the Orange Daisy roll is a must-try—I've never seen a roll topped with such a generous amount of crispy salmon skin! The nigiri special combination is also an absolute standout. The chef’s unique toppings on each piece really brought out the fresh, vibrant flavors of the fish. It was a bit chilly when we went, so we decided to share a soup, and I’m so glad we did—it was the perfect addition. The service was friendly, and the food? Simply the best sushi I’ve ever tasted. If you’re a sushi lover, you’ve got to check out Bluefin Sushi!

Been here at least 3 times in the last month and a half, and I feel bad gatekeeping. Everything they make here tastes good. The deluxe platters are well worth the money and can feed 3 easily. All the meat I’ve had here is tender and flavorful and the sushi is fresh and tasty. The curry was different in that the veggies are cut very small and it was almost too spicy but still really good (it tasted even better the next day) Staff are attentive and kind and know the menu well. Great place to have a family dinner, a friend meetup, or a regular date night spot.

This place is fantastic. If you are a nigiri sashimi fan then this place is it for you. Prices are really good for the portions and everything is fresh. The place is brand spanking new and I would highly recommend it. It compares to the places in SF for quality but for 1/3 of the prices. Great main dishes for entrees and good noodles too.

i wish i could put zero stars. on top of having incredibly expensive, and average looking sushi, i walked in with my boyfriend around 7:20 and got seated right away. there was maybe 10 groups or couples in the restaurant and 4 servers. seems pretty manageable, coming from someone who’s worked in the service industry. we sat and waited until 7:50 and didn’t even have a server come up and greet us or say “hey ill be right with you”. i hadn’t ate all day and was so hungry and i just got up, told the host i was leaving and that this was the worst service ever, and walked out. i was really looking forward to trying out a new sushi place, but i will definitely not be returning!!! i don’t recommend anyone goes here, there are better sushi spots within 5...

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating. My girlfriend and I were seated around 7:20 PM in a mostly empty restaurant—maybe 10 groups and 4 servers. Despite this, no one greeted us, brought water, or even acknowledged us for over 30 minutes. We eventually left at 7:50 without ever speaking to a server.

The interior felt cold and uninviting. Very minimalist with little to no decor or ambiance. While the sushi looked average and overpriced from the menu, I can’t fairly judge the food because we never even got the chance to order. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning. There are better sushi spots nearby that at least offer basic...
