I recently moved here from Vegas, and I was honestly worried I’d have to sacrifice my sushi cravings. I thought there was no way I could find sushi that compared to the high quality and fresh fish I was used to in Vegas (yes, even in the desert!). But Bluefin Sushi proved me wrong.
We tried the Orange Daisy roll, tempura udon, and the nigiri special combination. If you love salmon skin like I do, the Orange Daisy roll is a must-try—I've never seen a roll topped with such a generous amount of crispy salmon skin! The nigiri special combination is also an absolute standout. The chef’s unique toppings on each piece really brought out the fresh, vibrant flavors of the fish.

Despite this, no one greeted us, brought water, or even acknowledged us for over 30 minutes. We eventually left at 7:50 without ever speaking to a server.
The interior felt cold and uninviting. Very minimalist with little to no decor or ambiance. While the sushi looked average and overpriced from the menu, I can’t fairly judge the food because we never even got the chance to order. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning. There are better sushi spots nearby that at least offer basic...
