I always get great service from really nice people. My drinks have always been great... Until today. I received what I would call coffee flavored milk. (BTW I don't like milk much) The guy handed me my coffee super dark and I asked if he remembered the cream(honest mistake) He says,"oh yeah I'm sorry" and I watch him pull out a container that looked like a milk jug but assumed it must be cream. Go to my car and yuk! Awful milk. I sat there thinking until I convinced myself I didn't want to take this drink and took it inside. Another guy was there and I told him it tasted like milk and I wanted sweet cream. He asks me if I want a new or more sweet cream and I know it tasted too much like.. IT WAS MILK. He remakes it and while he's doing that he hear the first guy tell him, "I need sweet cream". He put his head down and then proceeded to make my drink without looking at my old order cup(since he tossed it in the trash). I watch him add the SAME 'cream' from the fridge below as the first guy does. He hands it to me and it doesn't have cinnamon dulce on top. He says he's sorry and before I say anything he adds cinnamon powder. I take it to my car, take a drink and it's WORSE than the first. Barely tastes like coffee at all but instead tasted like?? You guessed it.. MILK!!! This time I'm fairly sure he missed my 6 shots. Ok I'm not a complainer. But I enjoy my $12 coffee and spend over $200 on just coffee from Starbucks per month, easily. This is my first time giving in and complaining. My problem being, WHY LIE ABOUT IT?! TELL ME YOU'RE OUT OF SWEET CREAM SO I CAN DECIDE WHAT TO DO FOR...
Read moreI wish there was 0 star because that’s what this store deserves . I always go to Starbucks near highway 4 and 160. I tried this store because they didn’t have travelers size coffee. And this is the last time I will go here . Very rude and unprofessional people . I ordered my coffee @ 6:20 and it was supposed to be ready by 7:05 . I walked in @ 7:15 and asked politely how much more time it will take, the first person was super rude and answered “ I DONT KNOW” and didn’t even try to find out . It took over hour and half to get it ready . Out of 3 travelers size coffee , 2 of them were half empty. There was a time when all the coffee was ready but they hold me up for another 15 min to pack some sugar and stirs on a lil bag . I was late to our club meeting where everyone was waiting for this coffee. I hope they get lil training on customer service and professionalism. I will highly highly recommend to drive .5 miles and try other Starbucks( highway 4 and 160) as they have better client...
Read moreI don’t hate Starbucks, I love the refreshers as well as the coffee, and the bakery items and sandwiches are delicious. I only have a problem with this location. I ordered a sandwich with NO cheese (I’m Iactose intolerant) and they put an extra slice on it. Are you serious? It even said something along the lines of “no cheese slice” on the little bag it came in. And for them to put an extra slice on top of the one they were supposed to remove is insane. The sandwich in question is the double smoked bacon and egg sandwich. I usually get this sandwich at other locations and they will take the cheese off before cooking it and I won’t have any digestive issues this way. However, every time I go to this specific location they manage to completely ignore the “no cheese” on the label. For a ridiculously small and overpriced sandwich, you should be able to respect my dietary restrictions/allergies.
