Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Oakley

if i could give 0 stars i would. they made our pizza incorrectly TWICE. we ordered a two topping crazy crust pizza that was well done. one of the toppings i chose was pepperoni the other was extra cheese. they didn’t make it well done, only put extra cheese on one side, and it was regular crust not crazy crust. we called them to inform them they put us on hold multiple times told us on their end we only selected half the pizza to have extra cheese and even if that was true it was still not well done or the crazy crust we ordered. finally they said they’d remake it and tried to tell me “next time make sure to select the right stuff” even tho when she first pulled up the order and read it to me it was the correct order! when my boyfriend went back they charged him $2 which they did not tell us about over the phone for the side that didn’t have extra cheese prior. as my boyfriend was leaving he realized it still was not crazy crust AGAIN so he had to go back in and tell them they made it wrong AGAIN and after charging him $2 for half the pizza to have extra cheese when we had to go all the way back to the store because it wasn’t just the cheese they messed up. they said “oh yea looks like they forgot want them to add it”(the crazy crust) like no duh!! these people are incompetent and...

Oh my God the guys at Little Caesars tonight they're already closed or registers closed they had some three pizzas one specialty pizza that looks like a Christmas star I was so surprised when I got home and I looked at it well these kids gave me these pieces free and I go oh my God this is the nicest thing that's happened to me all year it was amazing when I got home and opened the box to that one start looking pizza it was amazing it was so beautiful and we're going to tear it up to eat it so I might take that to Christmas dinner it's so beautiful then I had a thick crust and a $5 box which is really good Santa pepperoni pizza that I received I'm going to give to the person that works for me but these guys give me abundantly in my hats off too that's definitely going to be my pizza store not just for the gift but for the caring and it's like they do it everyday you know they're just very nice fellas I really wanted to buy a pizza but everything was closed down and he said no worries ma'am Merry Christmas that's how it should be everybody these days are so hot to hurt if you know what I mean my hat's off to Little Caesars in Oakley...

Update 8/20/22 NOT so happy here anymore, droped from 5 to 3 stars Why the hell do I order ahead and then still wait 45+min in your lobby ?

Why do you have pizza portal but never use it?

New old world pepperoni... advertising makes it look like edge to edge, reality... Same as extra most bestest pepperoni Crazy bread way overcooked

Why let me choose a pickup time and have it ready 20 min early ?

Before today I forgave and delays because they did really good on the food .
