Taco Bell — Restaurant in Oakley

Some of these youngsters act like they are the cats meow. I tried to drive thru with my big mobility scooter that was hitched to a loaded down wagon. I couldn't get it inside. So I went to the drive through. The girl said I couldn't use drive through. I said this is my vehicle and can't take it inside. She refused me service. This last time I went there I ordered what I always order. 10 Bean Cheese Rice Burritos without the rice and they make up the lose of rice with more beans and cheese. Plus they give me a senior drink cost of 65¢ but they give me the largest glass. So I don't have to keep doing refills. This last time they acted like they was all pushed out of their way and they gave me thin barely filled burritos. I'm a diabetic, rice is pure starch which turns to sugar faster than processed sugar. That's why I want it just beans and cheese. But I don't want flat thin burritos? Come on. I'm a senior, a VET, and I'm disabled. That's why I drive a mobility scooter most the time. This time I came in my truck and walked in carrying my staff or walking stick. The point is. I'm paying for the burritos. It's not like I'm mooching them off these people. I'm a paying customer. I'm also their elder.

I felt like grabbing those kids by the hand, take the over so I can set on a chair and throwing them. Over my knee and giving them a spanking with my bare hand. These kids need to get rid of their attitudes. Especially some of the women. They also need to treat seniors, VET's and disabled better than they do. And Taco bell needs to bring back the inexpensive bean and cheese burritos with maybe some jalapeno peppers in it for the same price as the bean cheese and rice.

Too bad you can't make some sort of egg based bread or tortilla for the flour tortillas like Dr. Atkins had with cream of tartar as one of the ingredients. Even less starch for us diabetics. I...

Hi I ordered earlier today. I just wanted to say I'm so sorry. I accidentally grabbed the tray you handed the bag in because my brain was off and I know it's not a big deal and this probably happens sometimes, but I feel bad because now you had more work to do you had to wash that tray immediately for safety and food service is already horrible to work and covid 19 is bringing the worst of the worst. I don't know if you were having a bad day or not but even though it was probably nothing and ultimately forgotten I feel like I made it slightly worse. I know the worker who served me will probably never see this but I wanted to leave this apology here anyway. Maybe it can be a PSA idk. Mannnnn this white girl with Red hair is the rudest person ever !!! I have been door dashing for a while and they always close their doors before 10pm. All of a sudden she tells me at the drive thru window that I need to go around get out of my car and get the order because she did not want to hand it to me. Her leve of customer service is trash. And I have seen her act out like that before with others. But petty and ghetto is what she is. But best believe I remember you baby girl and that attitude
