This Wendy's is fantastic. My mom was in the rehab facility down the street so I ate here for lunch a lot of days for about 2 weeks in a row and you can really find out about a place when you eat there almost every day. I mostly had breakfast and lunch and was all through the drive-thru. Every single time the food was good, and the wait time and prices are reasonable. I got a salad several times and it was fresh and delicious every time and I got a burger and fries and some cookies and it was all hot and fresh and delicious too. I wish I knew her name but the girl with the short black hair that works the drive-thru window does a really good job and so does the lady with the distinctive voice that works the speaker. I think this is probably my favorite fast food place in the area and I really like their salads so I'm sure I'll be back a lot. I'm not even going to try another Wendy's because I don't want to be disappointed this one...
Read moreHands down, my go to. Doesn’t matter morning, noon, or night. Food is always fresh and the crew is phenomenal. I went through the drive thru today, and the super friendly lady working the window told me they went to make my chicken sandwich, but what they had made was old, soggy, and didn’t wanna serve that to me. So, she asked me if I would mind waiting. I said, “absolutely not. Thank you so much for offering me fresh food.” So, I waited patiently, and before I knew it…here the nice lady came with my fresh food, AND she even put a cookie in there for my wait. I always appreciate good service and food because it’s so rare these days. Thank you Wendy’s, and thank you to the Telegraph crew for always upholding such a strong standard for food quality and customer service....
Read moreWhat a quick tailspin! This place started well, with a few learning hiccups. It’s quickly degraded into a place that produces subpar food with questionable ingredients. The staff is harangued by pushy, loud, and abusive management in front of customers. No one seems to want to be there, especially the customers at this point. Bad leadership, bad food, unhappy employees, and it all equals a horrible experience. This was better as a shuttered Jack In The Box. At least a closed business can’t disappoint. It’s a shame, because Oakville needed the variety and competition. Unfortunately this place has managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory and will likely wither and die as the community discovers how it conducts itself. Drive-thru town to...
