Today when I went to taco bell I ordered 2 triple layer nachos. (1 with only cheese, and 1 with only cheese and sour cream). When I got to the window I paid and got my receipt and noticed it said I wanted onions on 1 of the nachos, WHICH I DIDN'T. I told the lady at the window I didnt ask for onions I wanted just cheese and sour cream on that one. So she said they would make another one. And when I checked inside the bag at the stop sign I seen the nachos had onions ONCE AGAIN. So therefore I parked and got off and told them through the door the drive thru line was long and I shouldn't have to go through another about 15 min wait for a mistake THEY did. But they insisted I went around again, so I did because I wanted a refund since they were being so unprofessional!! Once I got back around to the window I asked for a refund and the lady at the window went to some other lady in the back and I could hear the other person say "i don't care, I can't give her a refund" and the rest she was saying I couldn't make out. So then the lady at the window came back and I was told that they couldn't give me a refund. Why? I HAVE NO IDEA!! Every other restaurant I have asked for a refund, I was refunded on the spot!? They told me to come back at 10 in the morning. This whole visit to the taco bell drive thru was a major incoviniece to me and my 3 yr old daughter who were just trying to eat and spent around 40 minutes trying to get our food, then try to get a refund that we didnt recieve! Read moreThe only reason why this place gets 2 stars is because of the manager and the guy that actually ASSISTED ME! I placed my order on door dash about 30 minutes before I headed to go pick it up. I drive up there 2 minutes before the order is supposed to be ready and sit. I got tired of sitting there and decided to drive thru the drive thru to see if the order was ready. Was told I had to come around. Pull around and one of the workers with blonde hair (horrible customer service) asked me what was my number told him I was door dash and he said ok and walked inside got someone's food and brought it to them. Continued waiting and watching other customers get there food. Another employee comes outside and ask what's my number and I told her I waiting on door dash (which btw still says my order is not ready). Finally after a hour I asked the blonde boy how much longer is my order going to be. He says my order is inside and I have to go get it. Soooo why didn't you say that the first time you asked me? Go inside and my food is cold. I asked the helpful guy how long my order has been sitting there and he said some time. Told him I've been sitting outside waiting this whole time with people walking pass my car asking me the same question and never saying anything! He asked me if I wanted to talk to the manager and I said yes! I told her the situation and she was nice enough to recook my order. That is the only reason they get 2 stars! Read moreOn 9/2, Thursday at around 7pm, I came to this Taco Bell’s drive thru. There was a very long line and we decided to wait. My daughter was with me. We waited in line with approximately 5 cars ahead of us to place their order. There were about 4 cars ahead of the 5 cars that had placed order their orders waiting to pay for food. We waited 20 minutes to place order and 6 minutes to pay . The cashier then asked us to pull around front to wait more time because it wasn’t ready. After another 7 minutes they bring the food out to my car. My daughter ordered 3 Doritos taco supremes. I got a beef &been burrito and a taco. My daughter started eating her tacos in the car because she was starving. I started eating my burrito. I took one bite and it smelled foul/spoiled and I spit it out. It tasted rancid. Beyond disgusting. My daughter spit hers out too. I smelled the tacos and same smell as my burrito. The meat was spoiled and rancid! I had to pull over and find a trash can because the order was lingering in my car! I was almost home and didn’t feel like driving all the way back to the Taco Bell in Oakwood on Mundy mill Road. Even if I called the Manager it would be useless. This Taco Belk has constantly been awful. I will NEVER eat there again.
