Chef Joel catered my birthday party and everyone was BLOWN away by how delicious the food was! I had found him on Google based on the amazing reviews; know you can trust just how good he is!! He was extremely prepared, a total professional, he helped clean up and set up extra decor, packaged the food and cleaned up at the end of the night, and was such a delight to be around; he thought of everything!! I could go on and on about how amazing the food was - the chicken melted off the bone, the rice and veggies so delicious, the Cuban sandwich amazing. He was incredible and so fun and such a personality! You HAVE to book Joel for your next party!...

Five stars all around! I recently used Chef Joel and his team this past Saturday to cater for my sister's Sweet 16 and I have nothing but great things to say. Yinet was our point of contact from the moment I inquired about their services up until even after the event. She was soo sweet and so so helpful throughout the entire process. Everyone raved about how delicious the food was and how sweet and attentive they were throughout the entire event. We will definitely be using Chef Joel again for future events. Ordered the Pan Con Bistec (steak sandwich). The bread was light and airy, toasted to perfection. The meat was tender and the onions were perfect. The small fries were seasoned well and had a good amount of fries in there. I recommend ordering the special pink sauce, it’s a great addition to the sandwich and a dipping sauce...
