I ordered 3 pizzas and wings online on Christmas Eve for pick up. Because, they had just opened a new “Carrie Out/Delivery” location in my area I called them to make sure which location I needed to go to in order to pick up the pizza and they told me the new location. I get to the new location and they can’t find my order so they sent me to the restaurant. So, I drove to the restaurant and waited to get my pizza. The wings were not on the order and when the girl showed me the pizzas one of them was was wrong. At this point I am very frustrated with this entire situation. The girl said I wait 30 minutes and they can make another one. I said no!! I need to get home, but I need all of the pizzas I ordered to feed my family. She told me to take the pizzas and she would credit me back for the pizza that was incorrect and gave me the 5 piece buffalo wings that didn’t even show up on my order. I asked her to reverse the money to my card and give me a new receipt and she said she couldn’t, because it was online order. She said she would show as the pizza not picked up and it would credit back to my card. This never happened! I called this afternoon to speak with the manager about it, but was told she was on the phone and had to cut pizza and would call me back. I never received a call from the manager. I called later in the evening to speak with a manger only to get a rude “supervisor” on the phone. I asked for her manager and he informed me he is not at my local branch, but was forwarded to a type of overflow call center. He could not help me, because he had no information. The service was good, staff was friendly, but the food was horrendously sub-par for the money. The wings came in a black plastic dome container. They tasted like they were cooked earlier in the day, and nuked in the plastic container with the sauce once they were ordered. The pizzas, while correct in the toppings, lacked substance (skimped on the cheese and pepperoni) and the flavor was completely overpowered by the "Hut Favorite" crust topping. If you are going to pay $35+ for pizza and wings, go to Marcos. If you want stuffed crust, pick up a DiGiorno at the grocery store. Read moreWe ordered two large pizzas and asked that they check to ensure that the cheese cover the entire pizza, because we have had issues with this location in the past not covering the entire pizza with cheese. Not only did we get our pizza without the entire pizza covered with cheese we didn’t get the special crust that we ask for either. On top of that, when calling to complain about it for the first time the manager was very rude and unprofessional. This location could use corporate coming to do training on customer service and how to make a pizza. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have had problems with this location. However we continue to give them the benefit of the doubt and place orders hoping that it would improve. This will be the last time that we order from this location and probably Pizza Hut...
