I went there before work and tried to place my order at the speaker but part way thru my order the lady kept saying to pull up to the window (numerous times) as I was saying that I was not finished with my order, so I figured that I would finish my order at the window. When I pulled up to the window, I was told I could not order anything at the window and that if I wanted to order anything else I would have to go back thru the line or come inside after they had already charged my debit card, which I did not know at the time. When they tried to hand me my coffee that I had ordered they had made the coffee wrong, I had ordered it with whip cream on top, but they said that I had not paid for whip cream and could not get it put on there now. I told them to forget it and to keep the coffee and I drove away, in which I called and spoke to the manager and was told that when I came back, I would be able to get my whole order for free and that they had not charged my card for it. A couple of days later I checked my account and found that they had charged my account so I went back and figured that I should at least get my coffee that I had been charged for. When I went back to get my order they said that they had the list of things that I had tried to order but only wanted to give me the coffee, in which I was told that I could not get extra caramel, as I wanted because they were not able to do extra caramel at that time since they would not have enough caramel for the next person that wanted caramel in their coffee.    Read moreI wish I could give 0 stars because of the rude way I was treated at the drive through. Apparently, I have to tell these employees how to make their coffee drinks. Everyone makes mistakes, but the employees not only can't seem to admit it, but want to argue about how "they're right and I'm wrong". You made a mistake. Just correct it and move on, don't continue to tell me how you're right and I'm wrong. And to the other employees that felt it necessary to get involved (Geez, it's like middle school or something) MIND YOUR BUSINESS. I'm sure the customers at the counter didn't appreciate being ignored while you felt the need to get involved. To the girl who passive aggressively wished me a nice day-grow up and learn customer service. Mind the customers at the counter that you're supposed to be serving, not at the drive through. Asking for the manager was a waste of time, as I was told they didn't have a manager. Given the lack of service and professionalism, I believe that-any adult witnessing this incident would have put a stop to their juvenile behavior. All this for a simple cup of coffee that they made wrong. Edit: No wonder I had such a bad experience. I read other reviews after submitting this one. I, like other reviewers, found the Dunkin down the street MUCH nicer and friendlier (and I received my coffee drink made correctly WITHOUT having to tell them what goes into it). Just waited 15 mins to get a croissant sandwich and the âteam leaderâ joycie told me to pull up after she gave me my iced coffee. I didnât have a straw so had to go back. Waited forever to get my sandwich as she made the peopleâs stuff behind me and then mine. She was rude to the other worker asking why she didnât make it. The poor girl couldnât because she was helping customers inside the store. She wasnât much of a team leader. After waiting 15 mins she just handed me the bag and didnât say sorry or anything. I donât know why I keep coming back. They never have any stock. The people in front of me couldnât get their order because they had no sausage. 4 times they have not had croissants and the time before a man dropped the metal cup on the floor and picked it up and poured my drink into it to mix it and handed me the drink. I said no way! This was the last time I ever come to this place Iâve had it! Poorly run and they are closed this evening for training and the paper isnât even spelled properly.
