The drive thru experience is awful. Rude , argumentative and know it all staff. I called corporate and made it clear NOT to have these young kids running the place call me back. I did NOT want my information given to direct staff. It's VERY clear to me they do not care. I will start at Statbucks this week! It's very sad to me that you drive up and say I would like a refund for this and Devoun looks at it and says well....what's wrong with it ? Are you serious. Let's talk about the staff who actually made it and seen it before adding the avacado! Or the fact I asked before ordering if they had crumble bacon available today and they laughed with each other ...it's an honest question before I order if the last few timed it's in strips laid out across the bread or just torn up not even crunchy...like today's as well. Corporate forwarded the complaint right back to the people you had it with and then an email went out about that with 0 responses. I would have to say they just do not care . From watery drinks and foods made different everytime at different locations to unfriendly drive thru staff that are un unqualified. I tried to handle this alternativley before this review ...which , I'm convinced they will not care about either , but would you like to tell me why he argued for 2 minutes and acted like he didn't want to return my money and make me feel like it's my issue over this yummy perfectly cooked ...that's how we make it here toast??? Let me ask you he says ...how would YOU like it made in the future . Ummmmm toasted with CRUMBLE bacon as advertised! That's a great start. What you will not do is make me feel like it's me when you know and can see this toast is burnt black and you tried to cover it up with avacado and torn, fatty bacon. What I told him at the window is.... I'm more upset that your justifying this and giving me a hard time than anything. From reviews I see ,that indeed ,I am not the only one. The franchise owner or district manager does not care and they will refer you back to the same staff . So don't waste your time or money at...

It restored our faith in this location as we had before. We are willing to drive the extra mile to experience great service and kindness with a smile. Thank you!
The drinks are always made appropriately, but be vigilant when being cashed out by Brianna. She lied to my face on what rewards were taken off as I am a frequent customer and I manage to aquire rewards. I asked twice to confirm that the rewards were taken off after being scan and she repeatedly confirmed. As she took payment she conferred with the manager as she brought drinks over to pass out the window and it's was obvious something was wrong. I asked again if the rewards were taken off because the app continued to display the reward after the sale was completed, the manager responded with I'm sorry she already cashed you out. The amount isn't an issue as I can use the reward afterwards, THE ISSUE IS BEING LIED TO, TO A CUSTOMERS FACE REPEATEDLY. This is something I do not commonly experience at any locations. If Brianna is new then she should be proficient in the position or shadowed. This experience was alarming, who else has been lied to in this manner. I hope this single issue get resolved, as being lied to is a sign of deception. Hopefully it doesn't extend to other aspects inside of this location. Again I have not encountered this at this location before nor have I felt deceived at any other locations...
Read moreI’ve never been treated so rudely by young ladies who do not know how to work in customer service. I was asked to pull forward and wait for my latte. Keep in mind it is the middle of the day, they were not busy. I waited approximately 5 to 7 minutes when I decided to pull back around to the drive-through because nobody was there. I watched two other cars go through the drive-through and get service in here I still wait for my latte. When I pulled up I was rudely greeted by a girl saying “Im making your latte”. Never even got a sorry! I asked for the manager because at this point I felt like I deserve a free latte. After working eight years in customer service and owning a business myself you do anything to make the customer happy. Then a young girl came forward and said, if you worked in customer service is this how you would like to be treated? First of all you shouldn’t ask the customer that question. Second of all your job is to make any and all customers happy. You failed at this... The manager should have approached me and said I am so sorry please let me give you this coffee for free because this should not have happened!! but instead I got nothing but excuses and a big FU.
