Five Star Pizza — Restaurant in Ocala

My fiancé and I visited this location on 4/15/25 at 12:30 P.M. We stepped up to order, and the woman working had pink shorts, a dark shirt, pizza earrings, and curly hair that was up in a bun with a hat on. She was very inappropriate and had a bad attitude while we were ordering. I noticed phone calls came in, and she'd pick the phone up and slam it back down as if she was intentionally ignoring orders. For our order, we wanted 20 wings with half having another flavor, but we were not allowed to separate the type without paying for them as 10 wings each, which cost a little more. I said this was fine, and they were charged separately for 10 wings each. I used a gift card, which was snatched from my hands aggressively. After we ordered, she threw the pen at me to sign the receipt after paying the remaining balance with my card. I brushed this behavior off. I thought perhaps she was having a bad day. After about 20 minutes our food was done, and she came to our table with an upset look on her face and threw our wings onto the table (in the wrong order, I might add; she gave my order to my fiancé and my fiancé's order to me.) I thought that was very rude as well. I had forgotten to add garlic butter dipping sauce to my order, so I approached the counter and asked her nicely if I could get some. She said to me, "Oh, you mean this dipping sauce? You could have ordered that earlier!" I apologized to her because I didn't need a problem in an environment like this. I had to de-escalate this situation; she seemed like she was very angry and upset with me for simply asking about a dipping sauce. The food was all great, but her attitude was the worst I've ever encountered in a food establishment. She had no reason to be so condescending and rude to both me, my fiancé, and the customers on the phone. She was alone at this location with no supervision. She would also not provide her name to me. I have never complained or had any issues with this location until today. I kindly request this be looked into and action be taken in this situation. I work in a customer service job and train others for it. I know what good customer service looks like, and this individual is lacking basic knowledge of how to treat people in a professional manner. This is a copy of my complaint to the corporate office. Trying to squeeze an extra dollar or two from people like that is just totally WRONG.

The first time I was at the store my pizza was only 8.99 plus tax

The second time it was more but I didn't think anything about it. I wish I had paid more attention.

The third time (now)I was charged 10.24. I order the same thing all the time. small pizza with pepperoni

I checked the prices on the website and it was 8.99. I think they are including gratuity in the cost of the pizza or they just like screwing me over. I still left a dollar tip, but LEGALLY you MUST inform customers if you add gratuity in so they know that if they leave an extra dollar or two, that it will be on top of what they already paid.

I was made to wait 30 to 40 minutes while the employees giggled and laughed in the back kitchen instead of dealing with the customer. So by the time I finally got one of their attention they informed me that they were now closed and could not make my order. If they had dealt with me in a timely manner I would have had my food and there would have been no issue. But what it seemed to be if they did not want to work anymore so instead they ignored me. I will never return to this place. I've ordered from them before and sometimes their food is good and other times it has made me sick as I think it was prepared in an unsafe manner and had some sort of cross-contamination happen.
