Great service!!! After being turned down for patio seating with a dog somewhere else, my friend and I came here for lunch. We were super annoyed about the experience we had just had so we weren’t thrilled about eating somewhere else. From the minute we got here we had great service and felt super welcome and my dog felt welcome too!! Kelly was our waitress and she was so sweet and attentive to us. It wasn’t too busy when we got here but started picking up when we were almost done. The waitresses did a great job of keeping up with all their tables and providing excellent service. Kelly even offered a water bowl for my dog and brought it out. Later one of the cooks came out with a fresh one without us asking just to be nice!! I had the spaghetti and it was very good. My friend had the grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken was big! She said it was delicious. Outdoor seating was great. All around great experience and we left in a much better mood than the circumstances that brought us! We’ll definitely come back here to eat next time we’re in Ocala!! Thanks Kelly & team!!

Visited on a Friday night during what is the busiest dinner time around and this place was almost dead. That should have been our first sign to just leave. We gave our waitress our order but she didn't elaborate on what anything came with and didn't write anything down. Dinner started off well when we were getting prompt drink refills and the soup came out fast. Then, the food took so long, we went through 3 rounds of water and soda refills before the food runner brought dinner to our table. (All we ordered was burgers) The burgers were overcooked, the french fries were so fried they were hard and dry, the pretzel bun on my burger smelled so rancid I couldn't stomach more than a few bites and my tator tots came out all crumbled up. Maybe 3 or 4 tots held their shape but the rest looked like they had been chopped up before being fried. 30 minutes passed since the food runner came to the table and we never saw our waitress again. No drink refills, never checked if our food was okay. The place has a more than unwelcoming vibe and the wait staff is inconsistent. I saw another review that stated the host couldn't stop running his fingers through his hair and I can confirm this as well. Just glad he doesn't touch food. We won't be back.

We stopped for lunch while in Ocala at the crazy cucumber eatery and bar. You can dine inside or out . Chose indoors. We ordered an appetizer of pork nachos which came with lots of lettuce on top, very little pork and some sweet jalapenos. We BOTH ordered the soup of the day, it was supposed to be a bowl ($6 and it was a small crock cup) of their version of New England clam chowder, and it was served in a chipped cup. I was kind and eliminated the chip from my photos. I mentioned it to the server, and he said he knows, they had some new cups on order. The soup wasn't bad, but it wasn't traditional New England clam chowder. I asked about the flatbreads on the menu, but was advised the oven was broken, so no flatbreads were available yesterday. Everything seemed a little pricey, but we gave it a try. We like to try new places and sometimes it can be worth it. We decided on sandwiches. I had an Americano burger with pickled cucumber (think similar to gyro sauce taste), and my husband the Ruben sandwich, both came with a choice of a side. Both were good, just not something I would have to have again. We are Foodies. Food was ok. Probably won't try again if in the area.

July 2023 Joel is our server again. Pleasant and attentive. Salmon is my favorite dish. But my friend ordered the Sheppard pie. It was so good, I ordered another order to go. Delicious food, great service and industrial atmosphere... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Feb 2023 Highly recommend this hidden gem. Joel was our server today, very nice and very helpful. ***** Five stars plus. Today's visit we had Rosemary Salmon with rice and green beans, also Salmon with Fresh fruit and green beans delicious. Grilled Chicken sandwich with cucumber and fries. Key Lime pie, Apple pie with strawberries and whipped cream and ice cream. Highly recommended for great food, great service and industrial style atmosphere. Great Cucumber Mojitos. Joel was our waiter. **** It's hiding around the back. But worth finding. Food was delicious. Rosemary Salmon with wild rice, Shepherd's pie, Key Lime pie and Cucumber Mojito. Highly recommend this restaurant, bar for great food and drinks and inviting atmosphere...

It was ok for food prices were very reasonable. Got a couple things from the menu this time. Started with the small Nacho's with pork. It was good. Had good chips with queso cheese with jalapenos and shredded lettuce and corn with pork. Also started with a salad was good size. For the lunch food we got Mahi Mahi Tacos. Fish tasted a little off and was mediocre taste wise with the sauce and everything else. Next was a salmon special, was glazed with pineapple and mango sauce over wild rice and green beans. They cook there Salmon to Medium. So remember that when ordering. Was a little raw for me but the greens and rice super good. Got a cheese burger and fries. Fries very tasty. Burger just a burger nothing crazy good. Didn't even finish it. Got the chicken sandwich with fries. Once again fries are good. Chicken was juicy bacon was nice and thick. Would try again. Over all was ok nothing to run back. They do know how to make a margarita.

First, I heard there was a menu change and I was dying to see what they changed. Our server was Alex and he was amazing, he explained the menu change and really brought home the quality ingredients. This new menu though!!!! We tried the Calamari and the loaded tots. The calamari and the sauce that was on there was phenomenal. The loaded tots were delicious as usual. Then when it came to the main entree, we ordered the Napa burger with Parmesan fries and the apple and fig flatbread. The fig jam on the burger was absolutely delightful and the onions were caramlized perfectly and the flat bread was amazing. I love figs, apples and blue cheese so put it all together on that fantastic dough (let me know where you get that dough it’s a need) was a great choice. If you want something different and to step out of the box with fresh quality ingredients then Crazy Cucumber is your place! BTW the drinks are always amazing there!
