Cookie Butter Gelati with vanilla ice cream and cookie crumbles is the play. Really good. The staff was super nice, explained everything and wasn’t in a rush. I have brain freeze from eating too fast, pain in my stomach from eating too much and conflict in my heart for falling prey again to the great American past time of gluttonous riches. The pricing was fair and the outside seating was clean. Great experience with my kids. As I type this my youngest is currently plastered to the ceiling and I’m waiting for the sugar crash to bring him down because we have vaulted ceilings and I can’t reach him well enough when he’s this strong. I should’ve gotten him a small but it looked really small and I didn’t want him to be disappointed because we’ve been hyping this visit for a couple days now. So I got him a medium and in hindsight we don’t really let him have much sugar in the first place so now that we know what he’s capable of we’re going to enroll him in little league tomorrow and start dosing him before every game with blueberry and chocolate gelati from here. We went on a sunny afternoon and the drive thru was steady. We arrived and saw a young girl on a cell phone in the rear of the store. She was in uniform and was in her late teens or early twenties. She was obviously the manager. As she had a headset on and had employees coming to her to ask questions.

Once at the window the kids working were cold and unwelcoming and it didn't seem they were this way out naturally... but they seemed list with no direction or leadership. It took forever to get served even though there were kids walking all over kitchen area and back into the rear where we could not see them and then appearing again, mostly doing nothing.

Now, the water ice is top notch. It is different than Rita's, and I liked it. I'm not sure if I'd give up my Rita's, but I grew up on the stuff.

Got when I first started going to Jeremiah‘s. The service was quicker and the gelati‘s were great but the quality has gone down entirely. I’ve gone several times in the recent weeks and orders have been wrong. The service has been extremely slow to the point where it’s almost 20 something minutes waiting once I’ve ordered to get my gelati together and it’s not hot food, so I’m a little confused I understand things take time and I’m patient but that’s a long time for ice cream products. It’s just very disappointing because I really did love Jeremiahs and I really loved it for a treat and a dessert but now it takes too long to go through the line on top of once you get to the window and then having to wait for your order.
