The management staff of this place is horrific! I have never felt more disrespected by management at an establishment. I will be going to the tippy top on this one. These people have now refused to make my drink and told me that I cannot come back there and expect them to make my drink anymore. I have already contacted corporate as I have seen a lot of others have already done the same thing and nothing has been done about it so I am going to make sure something is done about it this time. I will also be reaching out to the department of health because they have health hazards out of this world! Especially with the covid-19 going on. My recommendation is a to stay far far away from this place. Dirty hands, dirty management! And the most rudest people you will encounter i wouldn't have even given one star but I had to in order to write the review. A milkshake should not taste like straight water! Especially when you tell them that you don't want ice or milk in the milkshake. They use the bare minimum and charge the most extreme prices. I am very vocal and I will make sure something is done about this I've read all the other reviews and I feel so bad for all the other people as well they're being charged out of this world and their complaints at the same as mine something's going to...

Delicious and delightful from product to service to the people! A 5 star sweet experience from start to finish! A special shout to Rachel who was working the day/afternoon shift on Monday June 17th!

I came in knowing I wanted ice cream, but not sure what. Rachel jumped right to position and was ready for me to decide. Her vibes were the perfect inspiration I needed because I decided then to mix the creole cream cheese with the chocolate peanut butter. I was delighted to learn that Rachel and I share a similar sweet tooth in our love for peanut butter and who knows how many other delectable things 🤤

She made this shake beautifully and mixed the ratios just right so it tastes like I am drinking a peanut butter cheesecake.

Don't even get me started on how good it looks! They say you eat first with your eyes and if so my appetizer and first course was in the shop as Rachel guided me through all the sinfully sweet flavors, and the beauty that is her creation was enough to leave me wanting more!

The first sip washed over my taste buds like a tempestuous storm of taste and I cannot wait to dive facefirst deeper into this delightful dance of the senses!

So I called and asked what flavors they had. First the girl answered super quickly and I said, "I'm sorry what was that?" She mumbled so I asked her if I was calling Baskin Robbins she said, "yea" I asked what flavors they had as we were looking for cheesecake and butter pecan she said, "Theres 32." I said, "Yes, but all the flavors aren't out" she said "yes they are" I asked about the two flavors she said she wasnt going to tell me all the flavors I asked again a different way, individually, " Well do you have Cheesecake today?" "Naw" "Butter pecan? "Yea" I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was a shift lead. This is too pretty a Sunday to deal with this nonsense so we went to Brusters down the street and Stephanie and the staff there did a great job. We spent just under $20. Horrible hospitality has lost your establishment a customer. Just because there are limited options doesn't mean this is the only option. Service matters. Please train your team members especially alleged leadership staff. I think when she mumbled her name she said her name was kellyanne or something that sounded that way. Being nice...
